Denny's — Restaurant in Wickenburg

2/10/25 I walk in at 8:35pm , I waited to be seated for 10 minutes even though I was the first one there, at 8:45pm I sit down and even though the restaurant had a 2-3 tables ppl eating already, 4-5 more people arrived after me who also sat down after me. But all of them finished them food even before I got mine! The waitress brings me a menu and drinks. At 9:15pm she comes over to ask if I want to order, I said YES... she turned and left without taking an order. 9:30pm I started waving to her and at 9:40pm I got her attention and she came over, I asked if I could order she said ok I thought you ordered (and she was the only one there), of course I'll take a burger and dessert, at 10:05 she brought me a desert but no burger, I sad what’s going on with burger, she said “oh yeah you also ordered a burger “ “ a few more min” , then took another 13 min to that burger appeared on cook food fire pit but she disappeared and burger was waiting up there for next 7 minutes even then finally I got busser guy to bring me a food before get totally cold! Btw it was my “breakfast “ before I go to bed, was so busy at work plus my birthday! And that girl with black long hair and piercings literally I feel as she dumped into my plate and served it to me ( btw she didn’t even give me sessions fry) and I didn’t want to say a word to her, only she got 0$ tips All other ppl would not even pay

Dear manager please don’t let her to work by herself, she is not capable to do it , she can’t do 2 things in a row correctly, specially can’t multi task 1 preson , 1 burger and 1 dessert 8:35pm in 10:30pm out , plus put my desert for to go, didn’t have a time...

I decided to give Denny's another shot while in Wickenburg. Staff was very friendly, which is most of Wickenburg and the atmosphere was good but the food sadly is the sign of the times and it's not fun. $3.99 for an orange juice which I guess is whatever, still too much for a small glass but $3.49 for a coffee is kinda obscene. Small cup almost tiny, yes you get refills but it's not like the coffee is very good and after three cups I bet it didn't even calculate to one regular cup. The hash browns are spread out and super thin as to give you the appearance of a lot but I bet it totals up to even smaller than a McDonald's hash brown. The bacon, well overcooked reheated thin pieces of a hard crunchy substance that resembles the cheapest of hotel bacon. I think the illusion is to make you feel full with the fullness of a heavy pancake. For $12.99, I guess you can say it's whatever but add in the extras for a drink and coffee, add in a tip if your nice and your out the door for almost 25 dollars for one person and it was nothing to write home about and your not insanely full or bringing some home. Sadly sign of the corporate times and for $25.00 there's many places for breakfast that serve you the bomb, stuff you, and give you some to take home. Sorry many will love it, but that's my opinion. We waited at least fifteen minutes before even being acknowledged, there were three people ahead of my friend and I, one couple was waiting on there takeout and the one guy ahead of us finally the waitress came over to seat him. She never looked us in the eyes to say anything , yes there were two people working and this was at 8:30 pm and I could count the customer's on one hand the whole place was almost empty. Finally the rude waitress told the guy waiter you know they are standing there NOW they seen us come thru the door and knew that we were waiting to be seated BUT they Blatantly Ignoring us the waiter tried being nice once he came over to seat us and he kept apologizing but the damage was already done it took all of my will power to keep my mouth shut .Yes we could have left but it was the only place in the area close by heading back to Las Vegas . Now should I say we are black . Maybe they treat all of there customs this way, of course I know this is not the case. I will stick with my Denny's in Las Vegas were I have always been treated as a value customer. And yes we left a tip to say we are better then the treatment and service that you display to us tonight without saying a word. It is true when a person say action really speaks louder then words...
