Terrible service always. I work 3rd shift and usually call because they're one of the few places that's does real food in the morning. That doesn't mean I want to be on hold for over 15 minutes hearing the workers laugh like hyenas and talk to each other. When I actually do get to place an order it's always over 30 minutes to wait. I usually wait 40 minutes before leaving my house and STILL have to wait. Que Pena! Not to mention they always try to front on the mayo ketchup and always try to avoid giving it. If your workers have time to talk, THEN THEY HAVE TIME TO WORK. You would make more money and have happier-returning customers. I understand why your bad reviews are always regarding wait times for pre-cooked food. I'm only giving 2 stars because it's actually decent food when I do get it. Stop cutting your serving sizes. This is my second visit to Empanada King my first was amazing empanadas were fresh, hot and juicy. On my second visit the empanadas were dry and overcooked. They tasted like they’ve been sitting on the warmer all day long. I’m very disappointed because we drove three hours to eat here if they are giving you empanadas from the warmer they are not fresh. Update I called the store and talked to the manager on shift and he explained the empanadas that are on the warmer are for costumers that don’t have to time wait form freshly made ones. I asked for fresh one but for some reason I received ones from the warmer. The manager listened to my complaint and offered to make it right next time I visit and to ask for fresh ones from the back.
