I will never eat this garbage again all the food was old days old and all they did was put it in hot oil shish you should’ve just put it in the microwave dropping things into hot oil again I couldn’t even chew it. Everything was hard as a rock everything was re-cooked over and over again. The eggrolls had black burn marks on them same thing with the sweet-and-sour chicken and the sweet-and-sour sauce that came with the chicken was hot water with a drop of red sauce. It was literal water. Nothing in that order was good except the Cannes Pepsi 45 bucks later please don’t ever eat from this place. They’re disgusting. They also charged me a seven dollar delivery fee, four dollars in taxes and another 233 for something I don’t know as well as asking for a tip so I gave him a three dollar tip on my card and the guy came to the door told my husband no tip. My husband gave me another three bucks so he got six dollars for stuff that wasn’t edible And actually had the nerve to say to my husband no tip. Does it get a horrible experience don’t waste your money with these people they shouldn’t even be in business. Oh wait, I’m sorry the white rice was good I’m not really sure how you can mess up white rice, but that was the only edible thing. Even the pork fried rice was yellow and not edible it...
Read moreTin Tin is the "go-to" for Georgetown residents for Chinese takeout. It's always good tasting, inexpensive and quick. This restaurant has been here quite some time. Their combo platters include an egg roll and are very filling. We ordered chicken and snow peas with garlic sauce which included white rice and an egg roll. Our second dish was beef and broccoli with pork fried rice also including the egg roll. Our total bill with tax came to $22. It was piping hot and tasty ready to go in less than the 10 minutes they told me it would take them to ready it. They even gave me a side of hoisin sauce when I asked for it. I would definitely recommend this Chinese takeout restaurant. It's easily accessible from downtown Wilkes-Barre it's right off of 309, on Johnson street, in Wilkes-Barre township. It's across from the shopping center where Kmart used to be and the Dollar tree still is. Definitely good...
Read moreI love TinTin! Always good food, made to order, not sitting in a warming pan. Great fried rice, too. Service is always friendly and fast, prices are great, delivery is quick, too. Definitely recommend Tin Tin Chinese over most every other place in the Valley!
Edit 1/2024 - back to 5 stars. Fried rice is back to being delicious enough to eat by itself and the many chicken/pork/shrimp dishes we enjoy are back to being fresh, flavorful and delicious!
Edit 2023 - I still love this place but it’s changed since my original post, lost a star for their fried rice being absolutely tasteless. The flavors have changed on several of the dishes with sauces that I am just not a fan of. I still love their food - just not everything with sauces. Their staff is still always friendly, helpful and courteous and it’s still one of my go to shops. Just not my #1 any longer....
