Very disappointed – poor communication and messy experience

I was really looking forward to enjoying a treat with my kids, but our visit was frustrating from start to finish.

I ordered a large milkshake, and then one of my kids ordered another. The worker asked us to hold on and came back saying they didn’t have enough milk to make both shakes. So my child changed her order to regular ice cream in a dish. My other child ordered a cone, and I immediately asked for a spoon and a dish just in case.

When their cone was handed over, the ice cream already seemed too soft and was melting way too fast. As soon as they turned around, the entire scoop tipped and fell — getting all over their sweatshirt and sleeve. The worker gave us a larger cup, but we were left trying to clean up the mess.

After waiting for a while, I finally asked about my milkshake, only to be told they didn’t have enough milk to make any shakes at all. I was frustrated that this wasn’t communicated clearly in the beginning, and I ended up leaving without anything for myself.

There were only two employees working, and it seemed like no one had planned ahead to make sure they had what they needed for the day. No one offered a real apology or solution either.

They now sell potato pancakes, and som Chicken tenders with fresh cut fry's. They should sell them separately so one could just order potato pancakes if they rather. They were awson! Went on another day to buy some potato pancakes and they were wet, flat, and soaked with grease. You can not redrop food in hot grease as this is the effect you will get. So dissapointed that I came another day and bought 9 potato pancakes...

First time trying here for DINNER. It was not crowded when we arrived but it was when we left. Food was good. We both had chicken dishes mine came with side of pasta that was enough to serve as a meal. Large wine/cocktail menu. Pizza that came out looked delicious. Will be back to try...
