May 2021-Returned (prior review below): This location is terrible. One time stated my drink was ready when it wasn't. Waited and had to leave (did get a free drink of my choice due to the trouble). Next time went well. This time, I'm aggravated I put a tip in advance. I show up. Nothing ready for take out. I go to the cashier, it's this woman who goes, "Oh, I forgot to leave them out." So, there's a stack of bags and my iced coffee. She hands it to me, no straw. There are no straws for it near the front, I go back to get a straw around the lemonade. Guess what? They're having some kind of store meeting so NOBODY is there at the bakery register and all those bags for pick-up? STILL THERE. This place is terrible. There should be a way to tip after instead of placing an order since this place is batting .250. I should note! As leaving I also noticed some "5 - GiVE us 5 star reviews" thing written out in marker...NO! Absolutely not.
----------(prior review)------- I doubt I'll return to this location. Walked in after my order should have been done. Waited by the shelf until an older employee asked if I needed help. Gave my name. Eventually, manager goes to other end somewhat annoyed, shoved my wrapped meal and once iced coffee forward and just says 'there' and huffs away. No receipt or bag. I checked, clearly pick up for shelf. Manager ruined my experience and seems to think customers are a detrimental. I ordered a web order and when the app said my order was ready I went into the store. My order was not on the shelf, and the line was maybe 7 people long. I stepped outside to call the store and check my order, no one picked up. So I went back in and waited in line. When I finally got to the cashier I asked about my food, which was ready and sitting on a shelf behind the counter getting cold. I asked the woman Alexis (also the manager) who waited on me about the experience, she wanted to get me out of the store as quickly as possible.
When I got home I found that the sausage that I paid extra for was not on my sandwich. 3 calls later and Alexis finally picks up. She said they will refund the bill, we’ll see. At no point was this manager at all apologetic or trying to make right. She said “sorry” in passing, but it was a “sorry about your luck” sorry. This chewed up 40 minutes of my day, not at all worth the visit to the store. Their product is convenience and decent service, I got the opposite of both.

Read moreMy family and I have come to this location a few times. Every one of these times the staff act as if we were "putting them out" by placing our order. We have gone in a few times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps that maybe whomever "helped" us was having a bad day. No, unfortunately, it's been every single time and by multiple staff and management. This location just doesn't have friendly or even nice staff. I am sorry that I came here with my family to enjoy some bagels and made them actually have do their jobs and offer any type of service to us your patrons. I know you would rather not have to do anything at all and get paid to stand there on your phones. If not wanting to be "busy" is what this business wants, that's exactly what they will get. With their low quality of customer service, people will slowly stop coming in and they'll have more time to get paid to do nothing, but they will also not get raises and could also be without a job when they are forced to close this location due to...
