Super Annoyed 😔😔😔 ***Please check your orders before leaving.*** Why 🤬 do you always mess up orders regardless to methods of ordering BWW? We tried to get a quick eat today. Decide to place an order online - method - pickup for 2 regular chicken sandwiches should of had Mayo and pickle on them, ā€œ1 plain chicken sandwichā€ and a ā€œ20 piece bucketā€ (10 Garlic Parmesan / 10 honey bbq) per receipt in the pic. Why did they forget to put an entire 10 honey bbq wings in the bag and made all chicken sandwiches plain instead of one when clearly it was specified on the receipt taped to the bag???? My husband got all the way home only to realize we were shorted. You get a 1 because you got the order wrong and we had to go back a second time to get the rest of our food. I guess the quality control person was off today. So glad we did not do Door dash or Uber eats for this order and that no one received a tip in advance. Please do better. Ordered around 5:32 and did not get the food until 7:00pm on a Sunday per their website and we had to go back for the items we paid for that we did not get. Did not eat until 7:30ish after all of that. How hard can it be to reconcile the order before placing it in the bags??? Sigh. Come on BWW šŸ˜•

We ordered online at 7, it said we could not pick up until 8:30, which was SUPER long but we decided to wait because we had coupons and were excited to try buffalo wild wings. We ordered the buy 10 wings get 10 wings free, with chicken tenders and french fries. I went in at exactly 830, and didnt get back into my car until 8:57. I tried a fry right away, and they were super cold and old already. Wings, same exact thing, completely cold- not to mention they were SO tiny i literally think they were pigeon wings. Ive literally never seen or had smaller wings in my entire life- literally 1 bite and done, no meat. Chicken tenders would have been SO good, if they were hot. I suspect the food was done way sooner than 8:30, as there was literally NO warmth on any of the food when we tried it, right away, in the car. If it was done at 830, and not way sooner, from the way its packaged- im sure at least the wings would have had some sign of warmth by the 27 minutes it took to get our food in hand and out the door. Being a resteraunt that is called 'buffalo wild wings'-id be embarrassed to let anybody even see one of those wings yet alone eat one. My family and I will never be backšŸ™‚

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Monroeville, PA, on Veterans Day (November 11th) to take advantage of the free meal offer for veterans. I ordered six traditional wings with a side of fries and two dips – everything was well-prepared and flavorful dry rub. The menu had a great variety, especially in the wings section, with plenty of sauces and dry rubs to choose from, catering to a wide range of tastes. The restaurant's atmosphere was lively, with a welcoming interior filled with sports-themed dĆ©cor that added to the experience. The exterior was also inviting, with the brightly lit Buffalo Wild Wings logo making it easy to spot. However, one downside was the cleanliness of the dining area. Several tables were left uncleaned, with food and plates still on them after customers had departed, and staff were not cleaning up promptly. This detracted from the overall experience. Despite the cleanliness issue, it was a good visit overall with wings and fries and a great atmosphere. I appreciate Buffalo Wild Wings for recognizing veterans and providing a meal.

My wife and I love chicken wings, and when we choose to order, we always think first of Buffalo Wild Wings. We think, by far, they have the best wings flavors and a decent price on quality wings.

The two stars I gave it have been all for the food. Aside from that, we have had some bad experiences at this location. We always order online, and last fall, we placed an order online for large-size traditional wings. When we picked it up, they were 15 minutes late fulfilling the order (-after the ready window they provided) and I got home to realize they actually prepared a medium order. When I called the restaurant to speak with someone, there was no manager available to speak with, so I left a message. When the manager called back the next day, I explained the situation with our last nights order, and said if we could get a refund for the difference in price between a medium and large, that would be fine. He insisted that they would offer us a full refund for the order and provided us a gift card for the next order to be ā€œ on themā€. I was not expecting that, but was very pleased they cared so much about our experience. I gave the manager my name, address, and phone number and he said we should see a refund in a couple days and a gift card in the mail. A week passed and I didn’t see either. I called back to check on the refund, and was told that it must have slipped through the cracks, and they would put it in right away and we should see it in 2-3 days. The time passed, and still nothing on either front. This game of tag continued for a few weeks until I finally decided the $5 wasn’t worth the time, and we stopped ordering from BWW for a long time.

Recently, after about 6 months, we ordered online and tried again. The food is great, but the service still isn’t great and the food takes forever. If my food will take 45 minutes to prepare, please be upfront about it. No one likes to sit and wait for takeout...

We just had a bizarre experience at the Monroeville Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm not a a big fan of chain restaurants in general but I've been to a few different Buffalo wild wings on a few different occasions and had nothing but good service. Today was an exception l. First, we walked in and there were three staff members standing, no clear area to check in, and no one addressed us at all. Finally, after consulting with other patrons, I learned that a table of two and a table of three had put their names in ahead of us. I was able to get someone's attention. The staff person tried to take my name, but was interrupted by another staff person who said she would take care of it. She didn't. We waited while she proceeded over the next five minutes to seat the table of three at a table meant for 8 and the table of two at a table meant for five. Finally, the hostess came to take my name. I said "we have five and will sit anywhere". She said "it will probably be 15-20 minutes". This seemed more than reasonable. There was no one waiting ahead of us and a few people had just walked in and lined up behind us. Then another staff person (I'm assuming manager) came over and asked the hostess how many we had. Reminder: we had 5 and NO ONE ahead of us. He said "it will probably be an hour and a half". I politely questioned why so long since there were tables clearly finishing and w head 5 with no one else waiting. He said "sorry, at least an hour and a half". I think it's more than reasonable to believe that when there were able to seat the people in front of an us quickly and there was no one else in queue that SOMEONE would have left the restaurant in the next 15-30 or even 46 minutes. But an hour and a half???!?! I don't know why he was so disinterested in seating us or giving a reasonable estimate but it's...

0/5 I came in briefly just as a self care day away from SI and attempting to visit a new food place. It’s not an ideal place due to the fact I don’t eat chicken, but I googled their menu which showed some basic healthy salads.

Unfortunately, the opportunity to sit down to order a salad, drinks, watch a game, or even engage with staff was quickly shut down. I left as fast I walked through the second door the moment I caught a whiff of the place. As soon as I walked into the restaurant the odor was nearly face-slappingly disrespectful. The combination of sweat, mildew, old mop water, and unexplainable reek made it impossible to even want to address such a concern with any type of management. Definitely has me questioning if something is rotting, if there’s mildew, if the carpets have been there since the early 1800’s because the force is strong in stench.

I don’t want to sit nor eat in a place where the smell makes me question the authenticity of the cleanliness and preparation of the food and environment. It needs more than candles, incense, or fabreze. That place needs a deep cleaning, forreal. Respectfully, I can’t even give any real stars or a reviewed experience because it literally stinks so bad walking in. (Apologies to cleaning staff, it’s truly not your fault, the smell is older than Father Time.)

Dear manager—take it to corporate. I’m not filling out whatever extra link form you send in comments. Take initiative, you got it!!

Nonetheless, A bit disappointed as it was a way for me to go outside and self care. I ended up just going home and couldn’t stomach eating anything til later that night. All love though, no hate.

Til then, back to occasional home cooked meals and prep. (**Inserts sarcastic yayyyyy here.)

I’ll be back to see the growth and...
