Arby's — Restaurant in Willard

We had hands down The best service ever from a fast food restaurant. everything was hot and fresh Melissa the shift manager I do believe she works on 1st Shift I'm gonna double check and make sure that is her name but I gave her a tip my husband and I did because I've never had service like that ever in my life she didn't even forget one condiment and that is the 1st thing to be forgotten especially when they have to bring your order out she needs like chief manager of the year...

I was in the drive thru, and overheard a worker trying to justify sending out a sandwich just because it was in the wrapper that got dropped ON THE FLOOR, but luckily there was sane employee who made them make a new sandwich. Now if that employee who stepped up wasn’t there I probably would’ve gotten a sandwich that was on the floor and I can’t imagine how often that probably happens but just from hearing that I wouldn’t be surprised if that happens often very...

Manager is a dear. Majority of staff is efficient & friendly. If not swamped, they have you take a seat & bring your food to the table...a nice touch. Food is delicious, but never hot...luke warm at best...don't know how they pass Health Department "holding temp" requirement. Restaurant has been clean every visit ( I always dine in). Arby's is a little expensive for me, but with frequent coupon specials I can swing it Once...
