Bruno's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Willard

Ok I went in to Brunos and ordered 1 family size pepperoni pizza and a order of onion rings that's it and it came to $30.34 while waiting I was looking at the menu and noticed the pizza was $17.99and the onion rings were $5.00 and then the $1.00 for the pepperoni so it should of been $24.04 so I bring it to there attention and at first they didn't know what happened so then they call the manager over and he just voids the whole transaction and says he needs to swipe my card again so now I have $1.34 in my account and he wants to swipe my card for another $24.04 on top of the $30.00 they already took then we get home and was expecting to have zesty sause for the onion rings and all we had was ketchup so I called back up there and asked why we got ketchup instead of the zesty house sause and the guy said ketchup is there zesty house sause sorry it was not zesty at all it was ketchup so with all the problems I had on my first visit to this place I will never go back and I'll make sure to let any one that asks for a good pizza place know...

Terrible service all the way around. The delivery driver couldn’t find our address, even though it was put in with the order correctly. They then text me and told me they were going to make a delivery and would be back in 20 minutes. We chose not to have cold food so I went to speak with the manager she didn’t offer to remake my food, she didn’t offer to give me my money back. She said I would have to dispute it with Slice since that’s the company we ordered through. She then proceeded to give me a phone number for slice and lied and said they had a 24 hour customer service. Once I left the restaurant I called and had to leave a voicemail because they in fact do not have customer service 24/7. So now we have no food and just spent $50 on pizza that we never received. Bruno's pizza was absolutely delicious in the beginning, but now they burn everything? And we've ordered wings from them and twice now they've been under cooked. Not to mention, what in the world do they cut pizza with? A butter knife? It's like every time you try to take a slice the whole pizza comes up. Lately the only reason we had ordered from them is because they were the only ones to deliver out as far as we were, about a 15 minutes drive or less. Shame on me for trying to order there yet again only to find out now they don't take checks. I wish I could underline that because it's not listed on the website nor did they say so on the phone, found out at my door.
