I absolutely love this place very clean ,friendly and food was amazing . The staff makes you feel like family . Also me and my family parked upfront n seen the no mask no service sign but we didn't have our masks they let us eat n we have seen others without masks the mask sign has to be up the city dont make you wear them it's more a choice cuz some cant wear them . Also if you want to get technical about it its NOT MANDATORY at this point . And to the employees that was not wearing them maybe one has a heart issue and trouble breathing in them . So there for if you chose to take your business elsewhere I'm sorry you feel that way but like I've said it's not MANDATORY. Thank you HNH keep doing what your doing glad you guys came to willard . I have eaten here many times. Today I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and stated ( outloud) with Egg roll and Crab Rangoon ( the combo). I did not get my Crab Rangoon or egg roll, I was told I would be charged because she did not hear that. That was ok, but then I’m charged 3 times as much instead of the dollar difference from the combo. When I challenged this, I was told by this girl, “ I did not hear you”. Told her, but I said it. Instead of apologizing, she said well, next time I’ll repeat it. So basically it was my fault. Whatever happened to customer service? What’s frustrating was she was so patronizing. No AC in a hundred degree weather?!?! The food was okay but the menus look like they were designed by a child. The paint on the wall is red and the menus are yellow? Ketchup and mustard. 😅 Also they hired a kid who lacks common sense and courtesy. Our drinks ran out before we even got our food and we had to ask for refills when we were already done eating. Then she decided it was a good idea to pick up our 2 YEAR OLD who was at the table next to us without saying anything. Said that they had to keep it opened for walk ins even though no one else was coming in because of the heat. Even so, you don't pick up people's kids without asking. Good thing...
