Update: 12/27/24 I placed an order for two ultimate meat and cheese buritos. Both came out soaked in old dark grease and both orders were wrong. It is very apparent this order was made hours ago. Sonic offered me a free cheeseburger with my next purchase. Why should I have to make a purchase in order to get my order corrected? I don’t want to place make another purchase which would cost me more just to get a coupon cheeseburger which costs way less than two of the ultimate meat and cheese burritos I ordered. Never again. I also will be forwarding this to the health department.
Sadly, this Sonic is a poor excuse and example of what a Sonic should be. Half of the time the food is wrong, greasy, burnt or the order incomplete. The carhops are for the most part rude and the signs where you place your order or pull in to to confirm on the app are not working. I have filled out surveys requesting to be contacted but apparently this Sonics owner could care less.

The drink was good but I must say I don’t know what it is about Sonic but every time I place an app order and go to a mobile stall and provide my stall number to the app, I end up waiting forever and ever. All I ever order is just drinks, nothing complicated. Without fail I have to grab the attention of a carhop and ask them if they can check on my order. Only after that do I ever get served. I don’t know what is broken but I don’t think it’s reasonable to wait 20-30 minutes for 2 drinks. That’s just my opinion though. Not sure if I keep showing up when they are short staffed, or if it’s an app problem or if I just have unrealistic expectations in life. Anyway I will probably try again at some point (because I do like the drinks every once in awhile and I do appreciate the half price benefit of the app) and hopefully things improve. Read moreDon't eat here. I've been twice now. The first time we ordered two different items with bacon. There was a miserable amount of bacon and every single piece was burnt black. I just got home today and had ordered tomato on my sandwich. I think I've seen silver dollars bigger than the pathetic excuse for tomato they put on BOTH sandwiches. As others reviews have said the service itself is good but slower than molasses in a blizzard. I won't be back. This kind of thing isn't an accident. They intentionally served me burnt food on 2 different items in the same order. They'd rather serve a quart slice of tomato and burnt bacon than risk the GM losing their food cost bonus.
