Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Willard

Eaten here before. Never been overly impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant, I think it speaks to the personal pride on the job or lack thereof. Majority of employees seem to be just there to work, no pride seems to be taken in the quality of the work. Ordered carryout tonight, pizza and cinnamon rolls, arrived in store 15 or so minutes after ordering, paid for both, and while the pizza was ready, the rolls were not. I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the cinnamon rolls, and when they were "done", I watched one employee poorly and quickly apply the icing to them in a giant "gob" and smear it around. After being handed the box of cinnamon rolls, I opened it only to see they weren't even cooked well at all. I pressed a finger into a couple and they were mostly still just dough. I have them back and waited another 5 or so minutes for them to come back out of the oven, looked again and they seemed done. Took them home and I guess I can say I wasn't shocked to see that the majority of them were still dough inside, outsides were almost burnt. Threw them away. Pizza was overcooked and due to our wait, pizza was barely warm when I got home. Way too many high school and college age kids employed here with little to no pride in quality of work. No dress code. Alot of playing around and joking in front of customers. Eating on the job in front of customers. Overall very unprofessional. Doesn't seem that there are high standards for employment at all. Because my options are limited, I keep ordering from the Willard location. And it keeps being moderate at best. My order is frequently incorrect and the special instructions are completely ignored. On the positive side, the staff is always friendly.

Dear Willard Pizza Hut,

Please read the special instructions from online orders. It makes a big difference. And please reconsider your interpretation of "Extra sauce." I always order it, but my Pizza is no more saucy than the regular, boring option.

I know that our limited options mean you can count on repeat customers regardless, but it would be awesome to have a great Pizza Hut experience once again. I used to look forward to the chance to order PH. Now I just do it for convenience.

We eat here a lot and it’s usually okay. But tonight our order was suppose to be done in 15 mins, we got there and were told they were out of cookies so we waited another 30 mins for a brownie. When we got home our pizzas were cold and weren’t cut all of the way through. The manager is great, but when he’s not there I usually have a problem with my order.

2nd Review: Last night I ordered 2 pizzas and when I arrived to pick up my order, they told me they forgot to put the 2nd pizza in the oven and it would be another 25 mins. I just asked for a credit on my account for that pizza, and they confirmed the pizza they had done was the one with chicken and bacon on it.
