4 times in 2 weeks, TB made mistakes on my order. Let's start--I ordered sodas without ice.... was able to catch that before I left the drive-thru so he made me new ones. HOWEVER, he MADE me keep the iced drinks! Said he couldn't take them back! Sir! I have 2 cup-holders in my car, why do i have to drive away with YOUR liquid trash sloshing around? I should have just dropped them straight on the ground right there in front of his window. Asinine! A couple of nights later, I ordered chicken tacos with crispy shells. Get home; they're ALLLL soft. Another night, I ordered 5 chicken crispenadas, got home, two of them are ice cold inside. I ordered crispy chicken tacos again days later. Mentioned the previous mistake and asked them to please be sure not give me soft. I followed up by asking for lots of mild sauce. Get home. Not even one sauce packet. Not one. Finally, their app has begun to tell me that "some ingredients are not available to fulfill my order" every time I try to use it for the last month! But i can go to the drive-thru and verbally place the same exact order, and they manage to make my stuff. Not well, mind you. and they forget to put some of it in the bag more often than not, but... I'm thinking the Willard MO Taco Bell might start losing customers. I can tell you I'm willing to pay extra money and start ordering online at El Venero's. Read moreGranted it was late, about 12:25 or so on a Monday night but I was appalled at my experience. First I ordered a mexican pizza double chicken and the lady tells me they don't have chicken or beef. I asked what does that leave? She said steak. So I ordered 3 steak tacos and 2 bean burritos. It was all cold. Not just not warm but actually cold. I had to pull out the steak and microwave it along with the burritos. How can you be a taco place and not have taco meat? I could have enjoyed the steak but it was literally cold. They were generous with the sauce packets but no napkins. I understand you are not at your best that late but if you can't handle it you should just close earlier. I drove in to see family from Tulsa OK and just needed some food. Read moreI would avoid this Taco Bell like the plague. I ordered 2 steak tacos, bean burrito, and a cheese quesadilla. When I got home, I found a cheese quesadilla and two orders of churroes! I called and I wanted my money back. I spoke to a supposed manager that only offered excuses. I let him know his staff should check the order before handing it to the customer. Never any I am sorry for the inconvenience for having to go back to the place. I do believe the manager needs some training in how to be a manager. That way hopefully the staff can be trained. He did not say one word to me....my parting comment was I am sorry would have been nice. Avoid this place and go somewhere were you can get what you ordered. They lost a customer! They probably don't...
