McDonald's — Restaurant in Willard

Order a cheeseburger? Please pull around. Maybe you'll get cheese. Order fries? Please pull around. Maybe they will be cooked and salted somewhat correctly. Order an ice cup? Please pull around. You'll get someone else's frappe after waiting 5 or so minutes. Do you make food here in advance? It doesn't feel like it. How hard is it to figure out that someone is going to probably order something that will require either chicken nuggets, fries or the classic grey meat patty? Impossible to figure out if this location is what we're going by.

I mean HOW CAN YOU CALL IT FAST FOOD WHEN EVERY TIME YOU ORDER SOMETHING THAT ISN'T A DRINK YOU HAVE TO PULL AROUND AND WAIT LIKE 5 MINUTES? DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THE DAYS WHEN YOUR ORDER WOULD BE READY BY THE TIME YOU GOT TO THE 2ND WINDOW? I DO! IT WASN'T LONG AGO AT ALL! WHAT HAPPENED??? HOW MANY CAR LINES SHOULD YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IN ORDER TO GET SOME FAST FOOD WHILE WE'RE AT IT? BECAUSE THIS PLACE HAS THE SPLIT ORDER BOXES, SO THERE'S 2. THEN THEY MERGE INTO 1 GOING UP TO THE WINDOW AKA THE "PLEASE PULL FORWARD WINDOW." THAT'S 3. THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE PULL FORWARD LINE. 4. THEN YOU PROBABLY HAVE TO DODGE INCOMING CARS WHILE LEAVING SINCE THE PULL FORWARD LOCATION IS RIGHT BEHIND THE ORIGINAL SPLIT LINES WHERE YOU ORIGINALLY ORDER. Willard ohio location, went threw the drive thru while taking my my high school kids to school this morning. About 6:40 am 10-17-2022 My daughter whom is a permit driver was driving we ordered and pulled up to first window, where the older lady with an unmistakable smile read and order to us that was not ours, my daughter said no mama thats not ours, she appeared to get real aggitated and read another order that was not ours. I then from the passengers seat made my appearance apparent be cause her snapping at my daughter was very uncalled for. And said no that is not our order either. I said ours was for the amout of 23 dollars and change. With this it appeared she came unhinged and aggressively snapped at my daughter, i dunno if she was having a withdraw from the appearent drug use that her teeth was surely showing signs of or the demand of such a customer service job was too much for her to handle but we just drove off. Because nobody teenagers or other wise being paying customers should be treated like that. The kicker was i called the restaurant twice about 20 mins later after i dropped my kids off, to speak with a manager. Both times whom ever answered the phone said hold on ill get them and hung up on me. Ill be in contact with a general manager. Usally great service, food is hit or miss( but it is McDonald's) but that lady should pick a diffrent...

Was passing through and stopped for a "quick" bite to eat. Took 15-minutes for our 2, $5 meal deals to come out. To be fair, they were running orders out to the drive thru constantly. Assuming they were understaffed and had several errors. We did have to use a kiosk and saw nobody when we arrived. Food finally came out and the kid did apologize for the wait. He said the manager gave us extra nuggets! Lol. Yep, we did get extra nuggets- nice gesture but the food was luke warm to cold. Definitely was sitting there for a while. Oh well. As for the store itself, it must be the hang out for this small town. Several highschoolers were gathered. One even had a cute 3-4 week old puppy. Adorable to see but odd. They sure we're excited to talk about male genitals- the guys were debating and planning on how to glue sex toys on cars. Great ambiance for a cold meal. Oh well. What did I really expect from a McDonald's and a cheap $10 meal? I'll probably never be in that town again but, definitely wouldn't return to this place. Taco bell is down the...
