Subway — Restaurant in Willard

I usually have a good experience here but not today. Ordered curb side pickup and when I arrived I checked in on the Subway app, which said my order was ready. There were no parking spots next to the door so I parked a few spaces down but still within eyesight of the door. Waited 20 minutes until a young man came out and was talking to probably his manager on duty on the phone. He told her he found me, and then told me they didn't have the type of tortilla I requested with my wrap, which puzzled me because the app said my order was ready! I told him another wrap option was fine and then he offered me a couple cookies for my troubles to which I agreed. Before he went back in he asked that next time I park in front of the doors because he couldn't find me. I told him there were no spots in front of the doors when I pulled up and then he said sorry. I waited another 10 minutes before another young man came out and gave me my order who apologized for the wait. There were no cookies in the bag. I drove away over half an hour after the scheduled pickup time. Food was delicious but they need to not have the app say the order is ready when it is not, and have designated parking spots for...

They used to work quickly and be my favorite location, but now if I order ahead and arrive at my pick up time, I still have to wait in line for them to make time to make the sandwich that should’ve been ready for pickup. 95% of the time, I have to accept a refund or a sad excuse of a sandwich (without the meat it’s supposed to have or missing most of the toppings) because they’re constantly out of stock of everything. When I attempt to call ahead to make sure the products are in stock before I order, I sit on hold for several minutes until I’m finally hung up on without any answer. Unfortunately it seems if you don’t leave a tip at this location they mess up your order. Last week they put crunchies and sauce that go on Philly steak subs on our cold cut combo. This week they only put like the slice of bologna in our cold cut combos. They seem to be doing this on purpose. We place large orders and spend a lot of money for our large family only to bring them home and have them almost inedible.. My husband asked to speak to the manager last week, told there wasn’t one.
