I usually have a good experience here but not today. Ordered curb side pickup and when I arrived I checked in on the Subway app, which said my order was ready. There were no parking spots next to the door so I parked a few spaces down but still within eyesight of the door. Waited 20 minutes until a young man came out and was talking to probably his manager on duty on the phone. He told her he found me, and then told me they didn't have the type of tortilla I requested with my wrap, which puzzled me because the app said my order was ready! I told him another wrap option was fine and then he offered me a couple cookies for my troubles to which I agreed. Before he went back in he asked that next time I park in front of the doors because he couldn't find me. I told him there were no spots in front of the doors when I pulled up and then he said sorry. I waited another 10 minutes before another young man came out and gave me my order who apologized for the wait. There were no cookies in the bag. Read moreThey used to work quickly and be my favorite location, but now if I order ahead and arrive at my pick up time, I still have to wait in line for them to make time to make the sandwich that should’ve been ready for pickup. 95% of the time, I have to accept a refund or a sad excuse of a sandwich (without the meat it’s supposed to have or missing most of the toppings) because they’re constantly out of stock of everything. This week they only put like the slice of bologna in our cold cut combos. They seem to be doing this on purpose.
