Came up from Florida for visit family in Jersey Shore and wanted a true Cheesesteak sub. In florida they are ok, but not like PA. I asked around and was told to check put Mileto's. BOY WAS I NOT LET DOWN. I think it was the best Cheesesteak I have ever had, besides making them myself. Only issue, I ordered two subs, one for my aunt which was turkey and then mine. I asked for half for her and whole for me. When I paid, I wondered why the total was so low. The girl put mine in as a half. Thank goodness because I was filled up with that half because it was the famous pounder sub I think.
I put 5 stars but definitely the service could be better or shall I say the friendliness. There was no interaction. I went to my car to wait and my aunt and daughter had to use the bathroom. When I called I was told to come back and they would fix it, as I was on my way out the door I got a call back saying they made it the way I ask for it, and an argument over what the menu says.. I used to go there for a hoagie cause it was near by, will NEVER go back. Read moreWe had a very negative experience ordering a large order online and received little help or concern when we called in to inquire on why our order was changed drastically with no notification. It wasn't even remotely what we ordered and we didn't find out until we got home and opened the bags. I called and was told to call doordash. I did call and complained to doordash and received a partial refund, but none of this was doordash's fault. I also wrote a review here and on Yelp and received a full refund from Mileto's, so I've raised my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
