First visit- The food was delicious however the menu prices that I was seeing, and the total on my bill didn't come even remotely close to each other, so I was left to question a sweet girl about helping me come up with the total, just so I could see where I was miscalculating. In the midst of her trying to make sense of it, some fella walks over, addresses me by my first name, tells her not to bother with the explaination, tells me that the menu I was shown was from several years ago and they didn't have to honor those prices and basically 'dismissed me' without allowing me to get a word in. I reluctantly swallowed the few bucks loss and left before I was rude or over reacted. I should have known not to go back but, again, the food was good the first go around. The food this time around wasn't up to par...at all. Fries had no taste aside from that of old grease, and even worse, they were rubbery and cold. The wings undercooked and over sauced. And not to my surprise, I'm once again here scratching my head trying to determine how they came up with the total cost. This time it can't be blamed on the menu being from several years back, bc I called before ordering and got the prices of several different menu items I was thinking about, at least an hour before decisions were made and I actually called to order. The difference this time around is only about 5 bucks, so significantly less than my last visit, but still, I could've used that 5 bucks across the street at little caesars and been pleasantly...

After the delivery arrived and saw my order had obviously been dumped on the floor and the driver decided to get rude about it even though at this point I wasn't irate or angry about it figuring he would just say sorry I'll be right back I called and talked to the owner because at this point the driver made me angry and the owner caught it. He got rude never once showed any empathy or apologized just told me to come get my money and hung up on me. So I go to his store and had forgotten the 2 liter drink when asked I told him I didn't have it but I'll pay for it I'm sure he was to cheap to not charge me. At this point he through my card that he was about to credit on the counter and keeping my food told me to get out he wasn't giving me anything. And started to walk away. So I hit the bag of damaged food on the counter and it went flying. Barely (I don't think so) grazing his left forearm. He now is calling police and threatening me with jail. I politely said fine I'll wait.....and I did. In the end I discovered he is friends with them and I dealt with good cop bad cop. No jail he replaced the pizza said never come back and that was that. All it would have taken was a little good customer service replace my order and wallia a different review retain a good customer problem solved. Never had an issue before. But when I did I realized I was at the wrong place. Hope this helps...

We called them at 6:55 PM to figure out where our food was and was told that they have been trying to call us (which we don’t have any missed calls from ANYONE so I don’t know how true that is) to confirm our address and that our food has not left yet. I was then told that they won’t be able to deliver to us and they’ll make an exception for this time (even though they have delivered to us a few times before with no issue) because we are “8.7 miles away” and they only deliver to an 8 mile radius even though we are literally 0.1 mile out of their “mile radius” and they claim we are a whole 0.7 miles out. They call us around 7:15 to let us know the driver was having trouble finding our address but then found it and will be there in a few minutes.. We FINALLY got our food at 7:42 PM tonight, barely warm. TWO HOURS?? Should have been able to get it for FREE. Both of us use to work with a pizza delivery service (including this place, delivering further than we are now) and this is not how you treat customers. I don’t know what has happened but this is...
