Since this little Caesar's in Williamston moved next door and remodeled, their customer service has gone way down hill. I thought that with a new restaurant and an improved look, that would mean they would show more pride in their food and customer service. That, sadly, is not the case here. They, continuously get my order wrong, and they never make it right, nor do they apologize. Tonight, I called in my order and when I got there, they had not put my order in the system. The cashier at the counter looked at me like I was stupid and called out four or five names to me. I looked at her confused and asked her, what do you mean? She said these are the only names that called in orders. I said my name to her, again, and she said I didn't call in. Another woman walked out and said it was no problem to throw in my order. It was, however a problem for me, because I had been waiting over a half an hour. I decided not to make a big deal about it, and I told her ok, paid, and sat down. Then, I heard them talking about me like I was an aggravating customer. So, I pulled out my phone and politely asked the cashier if that was their number. She acted really nervous, she began looking around and pulling things out from under the counters. She said, "No, I don't think so". I asked, kind of puzzled, " This is an 847 number, is this not Williamston?" She continued to act funny. So, I asked her if she minded if I called. She never made eye contact with me. Then she said, "you can". So, I called, and their phone rang. She acted like she couldn't hear it at first, so I let it ring until she asked me if that was me calling. Then when my order was finally ready, no one apologized or made eye contact with me. The cashier said in her mechanical, programmed way, "have a nice night", as she tossed my pizza on the counter and took off to the back. I never was rude to these people. I just wanted to prove a point seeing that they treated me like I was a stupid nuisance. My husband is upset with this place and doesn't trust eating...
Read moreStill going to rate 4 stars because normally we habe no problem. Except today. Orderd our food by phone. Had the order read back to me to insure it was correct. Was read back correctly. We get there and our order is wrong. We orderd two pizzas and two bread sticks. One pizza being the half pizza half cheese bread. And one being a five meat. We get there and they have 4 pizzas and one bread ready for us. We accept 3 of them even though none where made to what we orderd and ask if we can still have the half and half. Cashier accepts and puts in for us to get it and we wait until its ready. It comes out a half and half pep and bacon pizza. My husband misunderstood Him And Took It. Brought it Out We Saw How It Was Made. I Took It Back In And Asked To Have It Remade And Casheir Got Irritated With Me For Wanting It Remade When quickly snatched it from me. Asked the crew to remake it. We Have Waited An Hour On One Pizza To Be Correctly Made. After Less Than 10 Mins Brought It Out Made "Correctly" It Already Being An Hour And Dark Out We Check IIt Quick And When We Got Home Found That We Were Still Giving The Incorrect Made Pizza Just Cut Differently. We have been coming to this store for years and never had much of a probleem until tonight. Im not sure if the crew is new or not but they most certainly do not work well together no communication between kitchen and cashier. And taking the irritation out on the costomers and serving poorly. Will not be returning on night ahift and will mention to manager next...
Read morePeople listen, this has got to be the BEST lil Caesars Pizza this south side of Italy. Double Drive thru & Patrice you the one!!. it was a pleasure to chat and aquire a new friend. I believe Regardless where it's located or what type retail you're shopping for me the first employee I encounter is important in deciding if I would return and shop. Why?? Because you & I are their paycheck. There's exceptions to the rule (far way far & few between) but it can happen. Yes there's many places one will shop only once on their life face it we all don't need a John Deere or upgrade BUT should you choose to make such purchase I would expect you'd want it to be a welcoming experience. That's how I felt at Lil Caesar's in WilliamsTON at my First visit to the new location & btw YES I do support ALL the local pizza shops in my area. Great customer service and the food is a notch up (& not because 🍕 is my fav) I pray it'll be in heaven & affordable. If I had to choose one dish for the rest of my life with no hesitations 🍕would be the choice. Anyways if you wanna get it here on earth try Williamston's new Lil Caesar's located between the two purty houses on the right just after the spring water park on your left heading outta here towards the famous...
