I'm editing my review to add that I no longer use the buffet but do order pizzas. The thick crust pizza was really good for awhile but now they have started skimping on cheese and I get a few slices that half of it doesn't even have cheese once it's been cut, and then other slices have thick cheese. And then the one time she misheard me and gave me a thin crust I've never been so disappointed, it tasted like someone baked sauce and crust onto a paper plate and cut it. The sauce has some kind of piney-celery tasting spice that I all of a sudden always bite into now as well that just ruins the taste entirely, think I'm just done here completely. And the younger waitresses STILL STARE YOU DOWN. I don't want to wait for my pizza to glance over and see a waitress just glaring in my direction every time I come into a place!
Sitting down and getting started was not smooth AT ALL. The pizza on the buffet was alright. The wings had no flavoring on them. But what I really didn't like was that we weren't greeted when we walked in, we stood in line to be told we pay after the buffet. Then we don't know where to get drinks and the waitress stared us down from the moment we walked in without even as much as a smile on her face. I had to turn and look right directly at her as I was about to ask how this works since we didn't even get asked about drinks yet when she finally asked what we wanted to drink. The waitresses all seemed busy doing their own thing even though the dining room was empty. I don't see all the rave about this place when the servers arent...
Read moreI had been here before about 3 yrs ago and it was a great place but not anymore....Walked in and was seated... Waitress got our drinks (Thank God we ordered Coke as you will read on down) and that was the last time we talked to her till we got to the register to leave. My husband went to take the first bite of his pizza and there was a long hair under the bottom side of the pizza. The salad dressing (Ranch) was so watered down that it would not even cling to the salad. The pizza when we first went to the buffet was cold. The baked pasta was made up of 3 different kinds of noodles and was so over cooked that it was mushy. The bathrooms smelled like the rest rooms would smell like when I was a child and we would stop at the gas stations to let us use the bathroom when were traveling. As we were sitting at our table near the drink station the lady came out to pour new tea in the dispenser. The bucket she had the tea in had black tea grim all in the inside of the bucket so bad I could have wrote my name in it. The carpet was nasty and made the whole place smell musky. The best part of the pizza was the chocolate chip one and that was the dough part on top. The lady at the register asked me if I got full.... I look down and told her in a smug tone "not really" and the way I said it she knew not to ask me what...
Read more1st time eating here. It was pretty good for an all-you-can-eat pizza and salad bar. My favorite was the chocolate chip cookie pizza. For some reason, I just love the cookie baked on top of the pizza dough, minus the pizza sauce. LOL! They did have another dessert which was the peach cobbler. It was real good and everyone in our party boasted about it. My only suggestion would be to add more peaches to the cobbler and try serving it on a pizza crust. In my one serving, I only had half a slice of pizza.
For those that follow me, you know how important bathroom cleanliness is to me. This restaurant had one of the worst bathrooms I've seen in a long time. Everything need to be scrubbed down: the walls, the stalls, sink, and definitely the floors. If I had not been so desperate, I would have waited and went somewhere else. It had 2 stalls which I appreciate but was small. I was getting a little catastrophic especially with the nasty walls. I would doubt that someone in a wheelchair could have used...
