Lollipop’s Sweets and Eats — Restaurant in Williamston

Omg the kids and I fell in LOVE with this little gem today! Three employees were inside (I believe the gentleman may have been one of the owners?) But they were all extremely welcoming. It honestly felt like we already knew them, but I had no idea this place existed (thanks to Google, we found them!) The two sweet ladies behind the counter let two of my kiddos try some flavors of ice cream, talked to them and let them order exactly what they wanted. They young lady at the cash register was just as sweet and very knowledgeable about everything. We got our ice cream, sat down and it was AMAZING! Some of the best ice cream I've honestly ever had! The gentleman started talking with us and sharing a little about when they opened and the work it took to get to where they are. This man and his family really put in hard work and dedication to get this business where it's at! Me and my family will be back over and over again to support them! I also LOVE the fact that it's right next door to the park! Sorry this is so long, just wanted to really share our experience here today! With all of that said, go give them a try! I had the best time at the soft launch of Lollipops Sweets and Eats! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was fun, colorful, and super welcoming—perfect for families, date nights, or just treating yourself.

The star of the show? The ice cream. Their array of flavors is incredible—something for everyone! From classics like cookies & cream and mint chocolate chip, to fun, creative options like cotton candy swirl and banana pudding, every scoop is rich, creamy, and full of flavor.

The staff was friendly and excited to be there, and you could really tell they care about what they’re serving. Can’t wait to come back for the grand opening and try more of the menu!

Went today with my Mom. Tried the banana pudding ice cream as I love Banana pudding. All the girls were helpful & polite. Very professional & smiling faces. The owner was very nice herself & I can’t wait for the expansion & the new things they are planning to add.. The prices seemed no different than any other ice cream parlor I’ve gone to. I like all the different varieties they have and offer samples. I found my new place. What a great addition...
