Dr.Williams has always taken very good care of me and my whole family for 3 years now. I had an emergency earlier this week and needed to see him, his office was able to get me in within 3 hours with their already full schedule. His staff was very helpful with telling me what I needed to do for my eye injury until I came in for my appointment. Dr.Williams was very gentle and thorough with my eye injury to make sure I got the treatment I needed. Any time I come in for an appointment I have my two young children with me and everyone in the office is very kind to them and Dr.Williams always answers any questions they have. Dr.Williams also listens to all concerns and addresses them right then and there, easing the concerns I have given my family history and my own history. These guys got me in on short notice and saved me from a nightmare with the DMV, and for that I am grateful. However, if I call for help with something during business hours, why am I talking to somebody on the other side of the planet who barely speaks my language and thusly is of no help? I know I'm asking a lot by expecting help when I call, and that maybe you contribute to the local economy which keeps you in business and what is no doubt a lovely roof over your head, but I'm seeing no upside with the current arrangement.

Just know the staff is great it’s just that rather than speak with them locally a main staff is taking calls and it’s very like you answering questions that it’s already on file and my recent visit coded me as an urgent care need and cause a co pay it was just a regular visit to recheck my blurry vision and burning I don’t have a copay and my meds are zero dollars I called to check on the code and never got an answer not even to leave a message I’m 15 mins away and it’s wasn’t a good feeling that I could speak with the regular office I will try again before I move to another care under my...
