The clock has amazing food dont get me wrong. But the black headed girl who works at the drive thu needs to either be terminated or somthing bc it is very rude an not appropriate for her to accuse my husband of yelling at her while hes trying to order when he can barley hear her an was trying to speak loud enough for her to hear him. An the fact that she had the nerve to run her mouth cussing at my husband when we got to the window, bc she heard a comment my husband made to me not her. An her manager did nothing but pull her away from the window. Next time hire some people that actually need a job an wanna work, not some dope sick looking women who can't distinguish between a person trying to order food with a voice volume to where u can hear him order, an someone just being plain rude. All we wanted was to order an get out of there, not get treated like trash. I work in a kichen cooking for hundreds of people a week even when I'm tired an ready to go home I still have a smile on my face an I'm very polite. I dont take my feelings out on customers. The food is "okay" in my opinion. I feel it was much better a few years back. The service is TERRIBLE. On multiple occasions I have experienced awful customer service. The last time I was there, was particularly bad. The window staff was very rude and impolite. This is all besides the simple fact that if you choose to pick up or order any food in the drive-thru at dinner time you will be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes before you get to the window. I believe that good customer service coupled with good food make for a regular customer, no doubt, even with mediocre food, good customer service would bring me back. The owners of this establishment have been running it for many years, I believe and I am sure they would be very unhappy to hear that their staff is driving away business. I surely won't...

Just went there for the first time yesterday b/c I was visiting the All About Fabrics monthly Open House. OMGoodness, I stopped for fried chicken, but ended up getting the Hamburger Steak w/fried onions and gravy, so good! And not just the hamburger steak, but the french fries & coleslaw were flavorful, mmmmm mmmm. Not like the fast food, tasteless junk I've been eating way too much of lately. It was just like a place my momma used to work at from my hometown in MD. So now, I will definitely have to go get me some fried chicken--they say it takes ~20mins to cook up, reason I didn't get it yesterday, but if it's as good as what I had yesterday, yummm! The only thing I missed, but just may have not seen it, was a good slice of pie. I'll be on the lookout...
