Placed Mobile Order for 2 sandwiches and 6 cookies. Walked in and not greeted just stared at like I interrupted all of their conversations. Let them know I had a mobile order and left. Not one of the 6 employees said a word. Handed me my bag and turned back to conversation. Got home and both sandwiches not fixed correctly. Neither toasted and either had veggies not requested or the ones requested were not there. Veggies were old and soft so I had to remove most of them bc they were not edible. 4 out of the 6 cookies where broken into pieces. Tried to call to let a manager know and never got anyone to answer phone. I’ve worked in food service and understand mistakes happen especially when you are busy but I was the only one there in the entire restaurant and placed my order in parking lot so I could use my app coupon. Never were they busy. And there is no excuse for old smushy veggies that look like they were not even put in the walk in cooler from the day before. And I rather for them to say we are out of cookies than to give me a box of nothing but broken pieces. I never complain about food service cause I know how hard the job is but between the food, the lack of customer acknowledgement and the lack of no one even cared to make sure I had the right order or the concern for rotten veggies (I don’t see how anyone could put those veggies on a sandwich and not realize it’s not edible, the banana peppers were browning) I will never be back. Subway has gotten to expensive to have to throw away half of my order bc you don’t know if you will be sick. In the customer service industry if a customer is not sure at the moment. The way to handle that is you say, "Ok, well I am going to help this other customer and when you are ready just let me know" but he was told to go to the back of the line and then the girl behind the counter waived her hands in disgust and said " I am going to take a break" Not only are you free to live your life because of the men and women that serve this country. They deserve respect. Even if he was not a veteran, he should have been treated as a valued customer. Shame on you. We will never recommend nor come back to this establishment. Read moreI stopped by a few weeks ago and as I was walking up to the door, the girl placed a sign on the door saying the dinning room is closed right in my face. I got in my car and went somewhere else other than going through the drive through. I let that go, but tonight I went in, got my food and waited in the car for my family. I saw the girl with a ponytail and hat come up and lock both doors at 7:10. I thought ok customers can still get out, which was not the case. The doors were locked. There were 4 employees working that I saw. Don’t lock the door then run off to the stock room with customers trying exit the store.
