We decided to give Vincenzo's a try last night. It was possibly the worst take out experience I've ever had. My husband ordered on-line and I went to pick up the food. It was ready when I arrived. After unpacking everything at home, we realized that they forgot my son's honey mustard along with a tuna hoagie. Both had been paid for so I called and was put on hold for quite a while. When someone did get back on the phone, they sounded completely flustered. After I told them why I was calling, I was put on hold only to have them come back and ask again what was missing. Finally after another brief hold, they told me that they will make the hoagie and I can come pick it up in 10-15 minutes. I live 10 minutes away and asked if I had to come pick it up or if it could be delivered and they said it had to be picked up. I went in and said I was there for the missing items from an on-line order. The kid that was at the register looked up the order and smirked as he handed me the bag. I asked him if he thought providing terrible service was funny. He laughed! I have no idea who manages or owns this place but having disrespectful clowns like that dealing with customers is very unprofessional. I get it...mistakes are made but even if they had said...we're sorry for not getting the order right, I would have been ok...and given them a second chance, but there is no way I'm ever going back there. And the food wasn't very good. The fish sandwich had a tiny piece of fish, the tuna didn't have any flavor. Save yourself the aggravation and go...
Read moreVencenzo’s makes the worst chicken parmigiana I ever tasted. I bought one on 3/25/23 and unfortunately the chicken was over cooked and hard to eat so not only it doesn’t taste good, they seen how over cooked it was when they wrapped the sandwich and still had the guts to give this sandwich to their customers. Just looking at the sandwich while wrapping it, you can see it looked nasty and it was burnt. This shows they don’t care at all about their customers. You don’t give burnt food to your customers. I called them and spoke to a male and told him the sandwich was burnt and my husband’s sandwich tasted awful that he couldn’t eat it. and the male did asked to replace it but I refused because it actually didn’t matter if it was burned or not, their chicken parmigiana doesn’t taste good at all. They should of given me credit and taken the sandwiches back. I took pictures of sandwich hoping to show you but unfortunately there isn’t any way to show you at this review. The best spot for Chicken Parmigiana sandwiches is Pizza, Wings, Steak and Thing Pizzeria. Anyone want to see pics of the burnt sandwiches, I am willing to show you. It’s unbelievable how any place can sell anything like this to their customers.I threw away $30+ today buying...
Read moreVincenzo’s, in the past, has been a decent source of take-out meals for my wife and I. I am writing this review at the beginning of March 2022, and it has been 7 months since we last had their takeout. It is sad to say that their food quality has severely declined.
I had lentil soup and lasagna. The Lentil Soup was badly named because there were almost no lentils. The broth was extremely acidic tomato. Come on guys, every chef knows that there are ways to cut the acidity of a tomato broth. The sauce on the lasagna was NOT a quality thick sauce; anything but.
My wife had Chicken Limone and a House Salad with Balsamic dressing on the side. First, their salad always has been composed of iceberg lettuce, which is not the best salad ingredient to begin with. But this time the dressing was mostly vinegar, NOT a smooth, thick and slightly sweet balsamic dressing. The chicken, however, was a little under done, and there wasn’t much pasta included. It wasn’t too bad, just not good.
Either Vincenzo’s has a different cook, or they are skimping and using lower quality ingredients (that’s one way to decrease cost and avoid raising prices). FOR NOW, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS...
