01/05/2025 Check: 1212 Server: Sarah M. Sarah greeted my on the speaker with "what do you want?" I asked for 2 monster tacos and Sarah said "we don't have monster tacos" I asked for 4 regular tacos. Sarah said "go to the window" When I got to the window (literally 16 minutes and 3 cars later) Sarah (white girl with bad red hair and super pail skin) asked me about a breakfast sandwich. I told Sarah M. that I wanted 4 tacos and she looked at me lost, like I cussed her, and repeated "4 tacos" She charged me for the tacos and went around the corner. Sarah M. came back with my tacos and gave them to me with an acceptable amount of napkins.
Food: My tacos were old, cold and chewy. In addition to the cold corn flavor of the once crisp but soft crease, somebody was thoughtful enough to overstuff my tacos with more lettuce and an excessive amount of taco sauce.
I stopped taking pictures for reviews with less than 4 stars. You know you have a problem and I know you know I know that you know. Are all fast food resturaunts feckless in their leadership? Why are 4 tacos the end of existence for Sarah M.? Why is her bland attitude and this notion I have inconvenienced her tolerated by the resturaunt? Please save any speaches on anything other than good customer service and a frickin apology. This experience was an absolute joke! Next time I will make suuuuuuuuure my three and a half dollars go...
Read moreAssistant Manager is extremely rude. The wrong order arrived at our door. So we called door dash and they told us to call the store. After going back and forth I got annoyed and went to pick up the food myself. By the time I got my food and back home it has already been 2 hours since the order was replaced. For poor service and unsatisfied we decided we wanted our money back. My wife called and the Assistant manager answered. Not only she cussed at my wife she hung up the phone. My wife then worked with the district manager and they also refused to give us our money back because we got the food. Now I know damn sure if this same person ordered delivery. Paid for the food. Plus all the extra delivery fees and tipped the driver only to get the wrong order and wait about 2 hours to eat they wouldn't be happy either. So this location thinks its ok for my money to go to a service they didn't do. I ended having to do it for them. When my wife brought this to their attention they ignored her. POOR customer service. Don't care about the customer. Not only that READ your reviews how many do you need about your assistant manager before you do something. Start doing some retraining or replacement. If they are like they surely don't care about their job or the face of the company. This situation made me want to drive the extra 15 miles just to go to another...
Read moreI just left this location around 5 PM and the lady that is working the drive-through is extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughter had ordered two separate orders when I got to the drive-through I let her know she handed me two bags and I said, I also have a small Sprite..then she made the Sprite and just handed it to me rudely I pulled around to check my order and noticed that she did not give me my second order. I then walked in and let her know that I did not get my second order. She then read off both orders and I explained to her that I did not get my second order. She then said why I can go get my manager. I gave you two bags I tried to tell her what was in both of my bags offered to go and go get them out of my car to show her. And she interrupted me and told the cook to give her tiny tacos. I then looked to the left side of me and noticed that my daughter‘s bag of her second order was sitting there to be picked up. I tried to get their attention to let them know that her food was right here and they completely ignored me. Completely unacceptable...
