I placed an order at 5:30 pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. At 6:32 pm I looked at the tracker and it was blank. I then checked my emails and nothing showing I ordered several pizzas except my order was showing on the app. I called Williston Dominos where I interacted with Hayden. This boy is HORRIBLE! I explained about the order and he said “I found the order it’s done but it will be another 30 minutes before it’s delivered” I said “excuse me”. Hayden repeated what he said again but a little slower like I didn’t understand. I asked for his supervisor. Hayden said “he’s busy”. I asked for the managers name and he said no. I asked for a corporate number Hayden gain tells me no. I said this is crazy. It takes 8 minutes to cook a pizza and you’re telling me I ordered over an hour ago and now you said it’s not going to be delivered for another 30 minutes. Hayden says “yes we’re busy”. Then he hung up the phone. We went down to Dominos because I had to feed my family and didn’t want the kids to eat at late. When we got to Dominos guess who we got… yup Hayden. I asked for my tip and delivery fee to be refunded seeing how I drive down to pick up the food. He said he would get me my order and only refund my tip. I demand to speak with the manager. The manager did apologize and did explain the huge amount of order they received before and after I submitted my order. Completely understandable. However, because Hayden was horribly rude over the phone and in person he caused an unnecessary situation. I can’t give my business to a place that condoned Hayden’s type of customer service. Read morePlaced my order on the domino’s app and ordered a salad and a pasta dish. Put my address in, which was a hotel address with the name, received my order, looked in the bag, no utensils and no dressing for the salad. So I called the store to if they could stop the delivery person, maybe they had it in their vehicle, so when I told the person who claimed to be the manager that I didn’t receive the dressing or any utensils, she told me that I didn’t receive the dressing because it costs extra, I said when did this start happening? She said it’s always been that way but I knew it was a lie, they just didn’t want to fix the problem. I hung up and looked at my receipt that clearly stated that it comes with dressing, so I called the store back, got the same so called manager and told her that it clearly says dressing on the receipt, she got pissy with me and started saying that she didn’t have to put up with this behavior, and said that I was banned from this store. Lol then received by email, 2 emails saying that the delivery wasn’t up to par and gave me free pizzas.. dominoes has gone downhill, way downhill. Spent $35 for a salad, pasta and water. Stay away from this place it's bad for the dominoes...

Pizzas are either doughy, put together without care, cut haphazardly, long wait times, missing items, instructions (extra cheese, etc) ignored....you get the picture. This last time solidified my decision to no longer order from them. Pizza arrived in very obviously crushed box, delivery guy didnt act like there was even a problem at all when he could clearly see how messed up it was. Couldn't salvage it, just threw it away. Called for a refund and they sent an email for a free pizza instead, which is useless considering theyre just going to send that pizza equally as messed up as past pizzas. I had to call again and ask for the refund AGAIN when the transaction finalized on my account instead of being canceled. Do yourself a favor and order from pizza hut...
