I am only giving this place one star because 0 stars isn't an option. Upon walking in I will say it had a very cute atmosphere, however that is where the positive experience ends. The menu was confusing, the workers had attitude that was less than desired. The portions were small and the price was way way too high. I ordered two soft tacos and a side of chips and queso. The queso tased like sausage gravy and week old Mac and cheese. The chips were low quality, and my taco had frozen lettuce in it. My husband ordered a burrito, and half way through we discovered a hair included with the costly burrito. I went to the bathroom and there was no soap, if there isn't soap for me to wash my hands how is there soap for the workers to wash their hands? The worker mumbled under his breath when making our food "I hate this place". Fair enough, so do I at this point. As I quietly went up to let them know there was hair in our food he just shrugged and said "ok" so I went on further as to why I was now leaving the establishment hungry and when we pointed out the flys landing on the food his reply was "there is nothing I can do about it". I did ask for my money back and he atleast accommodated that request. Sadly disappointed in our experience. The owner needs to know what is going on there, this place could be...
Read moreA pleasantly designed dining establishment with a contemporary feel. Upon entrance, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who sufficiently answered my questions, and then carefully prepared a breakfast egg burrito with my choice of veggies, gravy, and sauces. All toppings looked quite fresh and were properly covered. The price of this meal was $11.99. Some reviewers have commented the prices are a bit high, but from my perspective and experience, fresh produce and homemade ingredients are expensive, and this is one of those common cases where quality will cost more. However, though we thus speak, I find the price and quantity equivalent to what I pay at a Cafe Rios, so I am quite satisfied. Sitting at the window table, complemented by a balanced variety of plants with a southern desert feel, I sampled my meal. Of no surprise, but of much delight, the meal was very delicious and gave me the feeling that in the end, I should not have the experience of slogginess. Being somewhat of a creature of habit, when I find a good thing, I stick I with it. Therefore, this house of strengthening through sustenance shall be a preferred stop while passing through the town...
Read moreMy family and I decided to park at My Swirl / 3 Amigos 3 parking lot 2 hours before the parade started the other night to get a good space so some of the younger kids could sit in the car and watch the parade without getting too cold. I had the most rude and unprofessional encounter that I have ever had with a business owner. Not even 15 minutes before the parade started with NO warning I had 2 ladies from 3 amigos screaming and waving their fingers at me through my driver window in front of the kids telling me we had to leave the parking lot due to a private party happening later that evening at 3 Amigos. At this time there was NO signage of any kind in the parking lot or surrounding areas saying anything about not parking in the parking lot. Its one thing to kindly ask my family and I to move but it’s another to just walk-up to someone’s vehicle screaming at the top of your lungs about a parking space. 3 Amigos closes at 3pm, why not put up signs hours before an event or even use some yellow caution tape to block off the parking lot to avoid this happening again. Sounds like a pretty easy solution to me. *Delicious Food, rude...
