I came in to do some Christmas shopping and had my medical alert service animal and was asked by one of the retail associates to leave the store that pets weren’t allowed. I asked to speak with the manager, and she also rudely told me to leave. They proceeded to get the owner of the store down to meet with me, and ultimately give me their attorneys phone number.
While the owner, he was professional, and did his best to handle the situation carefully, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I had my uncle and my Boyfriend with me they were trying to shop they completely quit helping us, and ignored us the remainder of the time until the manager came down.

Read moreWent into starboard to "window shop." A watch caught my eye and I decided to buy it. The associate helping me told me that the manager could take a couple links out because it was too big. I have a lot of watches and know it doesn't take long to remove a link or two. The associate rang me up for a $270 watch. He turned to ask "Ronnie the manager" if she could take a link out. Second of all, I'm not gonna leave the store and come back to pick it up. (I live clear on the other side of town.) Either way I'm spending a good amount of money on a watch. Take 2 minutes out of your time to remove a link. Left the store pissed off with a watch that...
