So today August 27th I was at this Taco John's and again they knock it out of the park I made a mistake the way I was ordering my food and the poor lady in the back had to throw away the food and that was just a sad thing I was really disappointed I'd done that to her but you know what she didn't take it in a bad way her name is Amanda amazing Amanda that's what I'm going to call her. She was so good about it she made me the best taco salad I had ever had at Taco John's just so you know five-star review all over again isn't enough for this store so here a whole bunch of stars *************† I wrote this below review 5 months ago. This place keeps knocking it out of the park. I've been in this store several times. Today was the day that I needed to respond absolutely love Taco John's bowl. It's as good as Qdoba or Taco Bell's bowl. So I would just say that if you want a cost effective and a little bit different flavor Taco John's offers the equivalent if not better in some ways over here at Wilmer alternative to the other two restaurants and I'll tell you what the customer service outstanding friendly clean just an amazing atmosphere just thankful that they took time to take care...
Read moreCleanliness: One star. The lobby was disgusting. Trash all over. Had to wipe-down our own table because nobody was looking after the lobby. Customer Service: One star. Stood around waiting for someone to take our order. The person taking our order talked so softly that I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she said something. No eye contact. No smile. Accuracy: One star. My wife and I both ordered the "snack-sized" quesadillas, and were given (and charged for) the much more expensive ones. Food quality: Two stars (maybe). Potato Ole's were good (but salty). Chicken burrito was kind of mushy. The cheese used in the quesadillas seemed to be a blend of American (with some cheddar). What is it with restaurants in Minnesota and only having American cheese? Price/value: One star. As fast food goes, the prices were steep. Over $3 for a quesadilla (with bad cheese at that) is outrageous. Overall: Not even close to the quality, cleanliness, service and value you would get from a Taco Johns just about anywhere else. We recently moved from Idaho where our Taco Johns was far better than what we...
Read moreI just went and ordered a super potato Ole and went to eat it and the potatoes look a week old. Like they been in the warmer way to long. I talked to the floor manager and asked him if this was fresh he said yes it's fresh. I bit into it and the potatoes aren't even hot there warm. Very disgusting if the customer pays for quality not for some potatoes that have been sitting in the warmer way to long. Just because they don't want to throw product away and save the company money I will never go there again and the only reason I'm giving it a one in rating is because I can't give it a zero. At what point was taco John's lead to believe that is okay to serve food that's been sitting in a warmer like potatoes they should always be fresh. And hot. I'm very disappointed in there food. Lesson learned. Instead of pinching food to save company money why not keep the...
