Best Pizza & Sandwiches — Restaurant in Willoughby

Honestly not my favorite. There was something really off about this crust, but it's hard to describe. It was really unenjoyable, I actually couldn't eat it and had to just eat the sauce and cheese for a few more bites to at least have something. I'm honestly not sure what went wrong here, but believe there's either an ingredient in the dough that doesn't belong, or the cook temp is way off, or maybe even over-kneaded dough. I got the deep dish this time. In the past, I've also been generally unimpressed, and find this pizza really really blah. I hate to give poor reviews of locally owned businesses, but this pizza has continued to disappoint me every time I encounter it. The pizza I got today LOOKED okay, but again, that crust was.... Not ok. My husband's calzone was also supposed to be pepperoni. He was really sad. He actually opened the second half to see- that half had TWO pepperoni in. So presumably, the whole calzone has FOUR pepperoni slices. Like, the standard small pepperoni slices. Four of them. Whole calzone. How freaking stingy can you be? He never complains. But unhappy husband? Never coming back. They seem more concerned about offering things that aren't even traditional, like having all beef pepperoni, than about actually making Italian food the...

For the longest time we only TALKED about this place never broke down to try it well we finally decided to try it my parents placed an order and so did my husband and I for buy one get one specialty calzones and they by far was really horrible greasy to high heaven and soggy and just didn't taste good or fresh then we are served sauce on the side for all four calzones the sauces was ice cold that was disgusting!!! And I'm a little confused if I order a molta Bella calzone why would I not get sides of white sauce??? Instead we get garlic butter and pizza sauce that is ice cold and did not taste good then on top of that I got 2 sides of alfredo one got dropped on the floor and spilled and instead of giving me a new one we was expected to take the one that fell on the floor NASTY! And there was a girl there that was just plain out nasty and had the worst attitude ever and should not of been dealing with customers at all or co workers for that matter since she wasn't even pleasant to her co worker my mom said she was even nasty on the phone taking her order so needless to say this will be the FIRST and LAST time at this place we will stick with our usual good...

I visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve and was pleased to find it open when many other places were closed. Despite being one of the only options available, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. One staff member in particular stood out for their warm and welcoming demeanor, which helped to create a cozy atmosphere on a chilly winter evening.

The pizza I ordered was excellent, with a flavorful crust and generous portions of toppings. I appreciated the option to customize my pizza with up to five toppings, which allowed me to create a meal that perfectly suited my tastes. Additionally, the complementary black tea provided a nice finishing touch to the meal.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to others, particularly those looking for a casual dining experience with great food and friendly service. I plan to return in the future and try some of the other items on the menu, as my experience here was...
