Overcharged and No Way to Reach Anyone — Disappointed

We were here for a bachelorette party and I ordered 10 Cookie Shots, thinking they were $5 each. It was loud, and I genuinely thought the bartender said $50 total. I was shocked to later see my card charged $150.

After checking the menu (photo attached), I now understand the shots were $13 each ($8 + $5 for booze), which would be $130 — but that still doesn’t explain the extra $20. I also left a cash tip, so I shouldn’t have been charged more. (They are a cashless place)

I’ve tried calling several times to resolve this, but no one answers and there’s no voicemail set up, which is really frustrating.

The vibe of the place was great, but the lack of transparency and follow-up left a bad taste. If you go, double-check your receipt and be cautious about ordering when it’s too loud to hear clearly.

UPDATE: They admitted the overcharge, told me to DM — then deleted their reply and ghosted me.

After my original review, the business responded publicly and confirmed the shots were $13. They told me to DM them to fix it.

I DMed as they asked — they read it and never responded. Then, they deleted their reply to make it look like nothing happened.

No phone line. No voicemail. No reply to email. No accountability. Fun bar, but if you have a problem… good luck...

Went there recently on a weekday evening and was surprised at the horrible disrespectful service. Sat at the mostly empty bar for atleast 10 mins & was not acknowledged by the multiple bartenders that walked past us and used the register that was stationed right in front of us. All the bartenders at one point were standing at the other side of the bar, we were able to flag one down who finally came over and got our drinks but then we watched her go tell the other bartenders that we complained. At this point one of the bartenders gave us the middle finger, when I asked her to if she just stuck her finger up at me (she could read my lips) she acted confused and shook her head no, I asked her to come over to come over to me so that we could have a little conversation but she and the other 2 bartenders turned their backs to us. I decided it was not worth the confrontation and we left. I was appalled at the behavior of the staff there and will not be going back if this is the type of behavior that is taking place and accepted. Unfortunately I have heard the same from other people who have had bad service and rude bar staff. Very unfortunate bc the times we had been there previously were great, but seems as though the bar staff had gone down hill and has no idea what customer service or respect...

Smells very bad here! Possibly the worst clientele I've ever been around! Little kids running rampant everywhere while their parent downs shots! Doesn't feel safe here at all! Apparently they don't card here! I can't see any responsible adult wanting to spend time and their hard earned money here. If this is the future of Willoughby we are in trouble. Only good note was that the bartender I dealt with was smiling and very nice. Update: several other people have responded to me about my review and completely agreed and even went further to say how terrible their experience was just because of the clientele.
