UPDATE FROM MY REVIEW BELOW... The owner commented to my review below and asked me to give them a call, I call and I'm speaking to some young girl and I told her what happened and all I get is " we will forward this to the manager at the restaurant and thank you for letting us know" THAT'S IT!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!!! SO I GET NO WINGS AND I'M OUT 24 BUCKS!!! Take my advice and stay clear away from this place, I'll get my wings from Wingstop from now on!!!
Original review.... I placed a takeout order, they told me my wings would be ready in 10 minutes, I show up in about 13 minutes, I get in the building and I wait and wait and wait and no one comes over to the takeout counter, waitresses looking at all of us standing there and not even coming over to cash out our takeout orders, so after standing there probably about 10 to 15 minutes I had to go and find someone and tell them we need someone at the takeout counter, the waitress says she'll get someone and about 5 more minutes someone finally comes over with our orders to cash us out, I ordered extra sauce on my wings and when I get home and take the boxes out of the bag the boxes were so soggy that the boxes just flopped open and all the wings went all over my light gray carpet, I then spent an hour scrubbing my carpet and I call to speak to the manager and a girl says "well maybe I can help you" so I tell her what was wrong and what happened and she says in a really nasty tone "well maybe you waited too long to pick up your order and that's why the boxes got soggy" uuuum HELLO NOOOOOO, I didn't wait too long, I was there on time but it took them forever to bring our orders out. So I tell her "they could have put foil down in the boxes so that the extra sauce wouldn't have made the boxes so soggy and I wouldn't have lost all my wings all over my carpet" and she says "well we don't normally put foil in the boxes" and I said "like I'm supposed to know that" and she says "we don't post that on the website" So none of this was my fault and she's talking to me like it is, I went there on time but had to wait forever to get my wings so it's their fault the boxes were soggy and if anyone that works there had any common sense they would know that if someone's going to add extra sauce to their order you can't just throw them in a dam cardboard box!!!!! Any place I ever get wings with extra sauce they're always put on top of foil!!!! So she says the manager will call me back. So here I am waiting AGAIN AND HUNGRY and no one's probably going to call me back, I'm pretty upset!!!!...
Read moreAvoid! Inattentive staff and poor management. My daughter waited and waited for her food to come out. Everyone else had finished their food and she was still waiting. Our server finally came over and told us the manager told her someone accidentally took my daughters food (?) but that they were taking it off of the bill and it would be out in "3 minutes". Before this, I had been waiting over 30 minutes for just a side order of fries so I told her to just cancel the fries. 3 minutes in this place evidently means 15 minutes. Her food finally came and she took two bites. It was terrible and she didn't finish it. But, they were taking it off the bill anyway so no big deal. We get the bill and there is an $8 discount. My daughter food was $15. I alert the server and she said the manager would only take off $8 because my daughter ate the food. What?! So you were going to take the entire meal off because it took 45 minutes to come out, but then because she took two bites you're charging for it? Why bring the food out at all then? The server had a poor attitude and brought the manager over to our table. This unkempt, sloppy mananger proceeded to argue with me and say that the server "shouldn't have told me" that he was taking the entire meal off the bill and that he "can't just give away food if you're gonna eat it", adding "I have food costs, SWEETHEART". Yes, he did. He called an adult woman "sweetheart". Well, my father in law joined the conversation and the meal was ultimately comped. Read moreI try to avoid bad reviews but since this is the second subpar outing maybe someone will notice. I went out to dinner on Friday 2/10 around 6pm and the place wasn't yet packed and we got right into a table. Our server was very nice and friendly. My wife attempted to order 2 beers on tap (including the beer the company had plastered on advertising) and they were out and then were informed that more beer was also out on tap so trying to get a beer at a bar became extremely difficult. We then ordered an appetizer of ultimate nachos and when it arrived were very paltry - it essentially was tortilla chips sparsely dusted with something that resembled cilantro but didn't taste like it, a few peppers, cheese and a trace of sour cream. Not quite sure what made this the ultimate nacho. The silver food tray also had old food remnants on it under the paper. I noticed this before once when ordering the trio. You may want to go back to paper food trays. We got our wings and my wife asked for hers to be crispy and while I know "crispy" is subjective the wife was not pleased and didn't eat her food and was ready to leave. While sitting in a busy dining room portion by the takeout counter it appeared as though a server had her boyfriend sitting with a friend sipping pops and just openly grabbing at her when she walks by.
