BUYERS BEWARE! RUBBER COATING ROTTEN FRAMES! I was in communications with this dealer about a 2005 Lexus with 98,000 miles on it. As an out of state buyer I was vigilant with the question I asked before coming to view the car as well as having multiple phone conversations. My two main concerns were any known problems with the car as well as condition of the frame ā€œknowing the circumstances of a older midwestern carā€ (especially Toyota products) to their response was ā€œbest example of said car, and standard surface rust expected from a Midwest car. Even stating and I quote ā€œhad their mechanic check it over, not pretty but solid front to back.ā€ After wasting 6 hours and over a $100 of gas and tolls we get to the car. We take it for a drive to find out the transfer case had a substantial humming and vibration over 60 mph. The sales man then tries to run me in circles about how it’s not a humming but vibration like it makes a difference. I then look under the car and it looks fine (poorly weather coated), but being a car nutt I go and grab a wrench and start knocking around on the frame only to be peppered in rust chunks and find out they rubber coated a frame that was riddled with holes and rot. The sales man continues to try to convince me that this is normal for Japanese trucks and isn’t something to worry about, and then tries to sell my girlfriend a warranty that doesn’t cover a frame replacement. Not one to post a review but, the lying about the frame then having rot rubber coated is very shady business as well as how unprofessional it is to waste someone’s time and money to see a car that was not what was described. A less knowledgeable buyer would easily get scammed at this scum bag place.

Hey guys! Okay, so I heard about this place from my mechanic Duane who is located in Lost Nation, minutes from this place! So I was excited to go because I could drive it 7 minutes to him to check it out! It was a $65 charge but worth it! Because I really needed a reliable vehicle!! There were some minor issues but the dealer offered to have it fixed with no charge!!! I was a little skeptical at first because all of the cars are packed into a garage! But they were able to get the car out for a test drive to my mechanic. I'm horrible with remembering names but the manager I believe is the one who sold us the car! He was very polite, reasonable and understanding!! He had counted the money in front of us because my daughter gave him cash but felt he miscounted so he had his machine count it and she gave him an extra $100!! and she did not know...He returned it!!! She stretched with excitement! šŸ˜… That showed me that he was an honest dealer-ship!! I highly recommend checking him out! He has some really nice ole' school rides up there as well. I'll definitely go back when it's time to purchase my next vehicle.

After owning the car for extended periods it is clear the car had far, far more issues than was made clear, and I have had to spend hefty amounts of money to fix the vehicle. There were many half hearted band-aid fixes through the vehicle that only lasted shortly until after purchase, to the point where a check engine light appeared on the dash about 30 minutes after rolling off the lot. Ever since the fixes have been a constant headache, and I feel like I overpaid for a vehicle that was in a state the dealer knew would not last without pumping funds into it, so instead it was sold without the repairs it needed beforehand to actually line up with the described condition. The only day this car was fully functional without issue was the very first day, in that first 30 minutes before the check engine light appeared. I will never do business here again.

I purchased a 2000 Porsche Carrera from this business in late October 2017. It was listed on the website as a "truly well kept and cared for car. Needs Nothing." - During my test drive, the car overheated. The owner stated that it was an air pocket and will clear itself out. I believed his answer. Within 25 minutes of purchasing this vehicle, less than 20 miles from their dealership, the Coolant Warning Light Flashed. Soon after, the Check Engine light came on. I called the owner and he stated that I could get the check engine light diagnosed at AutoZone, rather than offering to have the car brought back and sort this out, as I was driving the car more than 800 miles to my home. I knew at that point that I had been lied to and that I was dealing with an unethical business, with no positive reviews or reputation to stand on. Once home, the car no longer started, could not be driven, and could not pass a State Inspection, causing the registration to be revoked. A mechanic diagnosed the engine as having a cracked cylinder head/block, which causes coolant to leak into the cylinder. These issues typically involve a new engine to be installed, which is what I had to do, at the cost of $9,500. These issues developed within 25 miles (30 minutes after purchase) of driving the vehicle, after the owner admitted driving the car for thousands of miles before I purchased it. He stated that the vehicle was trouble free in his thousands of miles. A vehicle cannot develop a major issue, such as this, in 25 miles of driving, and the evidence shows that this issue was known prior to being sold to me. While I did purchase the vehicle "As-Is, w/ No Warranty", the vehicle was advertised as being very well cared for, and needed nothing mechanically. My complaint revolves around the false advertisement of the vehicle and lack of support after the problem occurred, whether there was a warranty or not.

Additionally, he had promised to mail the vehicle title to me within 3 days of my purchase. After a week went by, I called the business, and asked if it was in the mail. He stated, "No, I didn't get around to it." I was shocked by his response and careless attitude, especially since he had promised it to me by a specific date, and knew I had mechanical issues with the vehicle. This title is proof of ownership of the vehicle, and is highly important. The vehicle cannot be registered without it. When I demanded that he mail the title that same day, he stated, "You're lucky I even picked up the phone today, because it is my Birthday. And I'm not working on my Birthday". After I reminded him that it should've been mailed 4 days before his birthday, as promised, he wouldn't have to drive to the post office on his birthday. I was stunned. He then stated that he had 40 days to mail the title to me, per Ohio State Law, and that he would mail it to me on day 39.

When you meet and talk to the owners (they are brothers), they will be very friendly and kind. If there's nothing wrong with the car, you'll have a pleasant experience and everything will be smooth. However, if there's something lurking under the hood, such as an undisclosed repair, you will be lied to, cheated out of your money, and shown no respect when you try to address it. The owner will become childish and go "by the book", stating that you purchased it "As-Is, with No Warranty", which helps him avoid any potential lawsuits or recourse, which is where I currently stand. He will not honestly provide any known issues of the vehicle upfront, and you'll receive zero support if you find them post-purchase, which makes this a very risky business to purchase from. This business deals in older used vehicles, with very high miles, and many of them will need things to be addressed, although you will not be told that. I advise you get a Pre-Purchase Inspection done by a reputable mechanic, to have the vehicle thoroughly checked out before your purchase. Also, this company was previously known as "Car Connection", allowing them a fresh start with no...

If you don't believe what I'm about to tell you check their bbb report It will tell you just how dishonest this company is and how willingly they are to just Tell you what they think you want to hear to make some money...Worst mistake I've made is buying a car from this dealership. they're the most nicest and rudest conniving people you will ever meet They promise you the world and then when you buy your junk car from them that they don't know anything that's wrong with it they throw their hands up in the air and say oh too bad.the car I bought is a lemon everything including the motor has went.they did replace it and supposedly did other work on it but everything they did has gone or is going.as is I understand but the car was In a major accident that was not disclosed or on their version of a Carfax report.I strongly advise not purchasing a vehicle from them and if you do take it to your own mechanic and get your own Carfax report.as much as they are willing to go above and beyond it's not worth it I promise.i am out $8,000 a lot of money and stuck with another junk car The owners act very friendly but believe me it's all a show just to get your money going here is the biggest mistake you could ever make They are a bunch of scam artists and good luck to you if you take this chance after only having the vehicle for 2 months I now have over a $10,000 repair bill and now they realize it it's on them to fix this I got pushed out of the door and the cops threatened on me because being ignored again and went and met him in his office mind you I appoint your messages him saying he will go above and beyond to fix this kept asking me the same question and when I game the answer that he didn't like get extremely rude and push me out the door and said I'm not doing it when he reached out to me to say he will make it right All I wanted was a good car with no problems like I was repeatedly promised but he can't handle it civilly It's a family ran scam so too anyone that has been wronged or any of the people that do follow my reviews we will be hosting a strike out front several times a month because what they're doing is dangerous to families just trying to make it in life harming them and their children by putting them in dangerous vehicles they know nothing about because they're worried about their bottom dollar. Only they could have just did what they said it's such a shame How good trusting hard-working people get taken...

My wife and I bought a 2005 jeep liberty turbo diesel from these guys. He told us that his mechanic went over the jeep and every issue was fixed and that it would pass Pennsylvania inspection. After getting it home, all kinds of electrical issues started up. Power locks wouldn't work, key fob wont work, no interior lights would come on, sterio stopped working, lighter outlet has no power. When I took it to our garage for inspection and they put it up on there lift, we found multiple issues that were very obviously fixed bandaid style then hidden very cleverly. The muffle was actually not attached, but held on by a chain they drilled through the frame to hold into place. The only way it could be seen was when you lifted the vehicle and there was no wait on the frame or suspension so it wasnt being wedged into place. It turns out the electrical issues are due to someone rewiring and using the wrong kind of wire, a very cheap kind of wire. Also turns out that both front tires are close to falling off due to bad ball joints, and tire rod. Rear springs and shocks are bad. In retrospect, I should have had it inspected before buying, but coming from another state, I had no where to take it. All of these issues should have been addressed before dealer even thought about selling this car. Now I have to pay $2000 just so it can pass inspection even though I was told it would. Over all I would not recommend buying from this dealer without a thorough inspection by a mechanic you trust before hand. To many major issues hidden just to sell a car that is not road worthy. My biggest concern is he knew we would be driving around with small children in the vehicle and still hid issues that could have turned...
