Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Willoughby

Absolutely under no circumstance ever order from the store the first time I ordered my food on the app they charged me 3× second time I attempted to try to order Food again it charged me multiple times I went into the store to let them know what was going on. The owner himself was there and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation or do anything that is customer service related he could have done anything to fix the situation it chose not to so instead in order for me to get food, I had to pay double. Two other people waiting in front of me for a long time. I called ahead a half hour before showing up was told it would be ready in ten minutes..not only did it take three people to just take my order, literally had three different people ask me what I wanted and they still didn't get it right. And they gave me cold cheese that's very unsatisfying if you ask me I'll make food at home next time. Bread is nice and dry p I ly yesterdays...wouldn't recommend this mr...

I stopped & picked up 2 7" steak, mushroom & onion sandwiches this afternoon. When I brought back lunch to work, one person thought the sandwich tasted different than usual & the meat tasted strange. That person has been in the bathroom all afternoon with diarrhea & feels sick. I thought the sandwich tasted strange also, smelled funny & threw it out. Something was off about the meat on the cheesesteak sandwiches. So....Mr. Hero is off the lunch...
