I didn’t get to try any items at Brunches. My fiancé and arrive this location at this location a 2:30pm, upon walking in the lady with shorter hair looked at her watch, and was very rude to us. We were instantly pegged as people who don’t have money and wouldn’t tip enough. I will have you know that my mother was a waitress and she had 4 kids to raise and we lived of her tips. I am also a registered nurse so I’m not broke. If this is how brunches is going to stereotype and act I don’t want anything to do with business. I will further more point out the fact that when I tip is a minimum of 50% of my bill and if the waitress is on point it goes up from there. Even if the waitress is the best I will never go below 50%. I told my fiancé let’s go its too loud in here. The party that was being loud was leaving and the rude staff knew that fact, and didn’t attempt to say they are leaving. If I were the owner I would be ashamed. I’m a unit manager registered nurse at my job, if my employees acted like the way they did towards our patients or their family they would be sent home. I’m so upset about this experience. I have never tried brunches and my fiancé and I were excited to try. But I doubt we we will ever step into another brunches, when we like a place we keep going. My fiancé also has home health business and we could have helped bring a lot of brunches. So when a client and their family want a recommendation for a good breakfast I can guarantee we won’t say Brunches. I just thought that you should know how your employees are acting and turning your profit away. We will be going to The Keg and Egg(we had to search for another place). Don’t waste your time or money. The worst customer...
Read moreI was excited to go eat here for the first time today, and left with a confused outlook on this place. My boyfriend and I were there and the food was wonderful, but while we were eating we overheard a worker over at a table of 3 young people and was having an altercation with one individual. These 3 guests were just minding their own business and then the next thing the worker was at the table going off at the table. To what it sounded like, it was an old employee just out to eat with friends and this old short hair blonde lady (worker) was complaining that they were even there. It was SO UNPROFESSIONAL! After the worker left the table, she proceeded to go around and talk to other employees and GUESTS about why this girl was there. As an owner of a 2 businesses that interact with the public, this would just absolutely not be okay with me. There is a time and a place for personal things to be said, and this was just not the right time. We will not be coming back. It was just very...
Read moreThe food is good, but what stands out is the wait staff at this location at The Pointe. They are beyond amazing! The servers that we have encountered are authentically friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and don't make you feel rushed despite the long line behind us to be seated. They will know your name after only a couple of visits. There are a few honorable mentions..Colleen goes out of her way to talk to us even when she is not our server. We keep up on each other's lives which is a complete rarity in the present customer service world. She so genuine and makes you feel welcome. Our server today was Lucy and she was equally as warm and made our brunch an experience rather than just a meal. Miranda is another shining star there. Some reviews said that it was too loud. I highly recommend this restaurant unless your a stick in the mud. The Mimosas...
