Which Wich — Restaurant in Wilmington

I literally been throwing up and crying for 3 hours and it’s 1 am. This is all because of having one tiny sandwich from this place and I now am dealing with food poisoning. The staff seemed nice so I don’t want to bash them, but they must check they’re foods because this can be dangerous for people with medial issues but just very dangerous in general! This is the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life and I am extremely sick feeling like I need an ambulance. I am writing this after I just threw up my guts and can barely even do this because of how much pain my stomach is in. I am having trouble breathing because of the pain level and I am dealing with health problems now which can highly effect me if I’m having food poisoning and I could die. Not gonna sugar cote something serious. You can not serve your customers food that is no good. Please. I do not want a single other human being to ever have to go through this. I feel like I am dying and no, this is serious I am not being dramatic in any way but I really wish I was. :( I’m sorry. I feel sad to write this review because I truly believe this the staff were so sweet, but I can not just be silent about this because of how much pain I am in and how serious I’m taking...

My husband, my daughter and myself went last week there were 4 or 5 people behind the counter. Our order was placed together my husband after 10 minutes got his sandwich, then 5 others who came in after us got their orders my husband went to inquire about the other 2 sandwiches and the 3 fries we ordered. They said my sandwich was up next but couldn't find my daughters order. It is beyond me how you lose a slip of paper from the register it goes on the line that holds the orders. They did not fast track her order as they should have since it was their fault for losing it and mishandling our order. My husband also asked for our fries we paid for and of which we never did get. So by the time my daughter finally got her sandwich we had waited about 30 extra minutes and was almost late for the movie we had tickets for. I have worked fast food and typically I am understanding but literally it is just making a sandwich and dropping fries to order not rocket science 😑 This was the absolute most disappointing and disgusting...

Was picking up an order for my family, we always go to SubStop but they were closed, and google suggested this nearby at the pointe.....my grandma apparently had to tell the order for all our sandwiches 2, and even had the guy read it back to her, when I got there the doors were locked and they had unlock them to let me in, this was weird cause it was the middle of their opening hours, regardless I gave them the name on the order and they said they were out of fries, offered me chips, I said no and they told me it'd be 5 minutes.....I waited but this guy kept glaring at me the entire time as the others made food, really off putting, I got the food and left, came home and all the sandwhiches were missing condiments from mayo to some special vinegar my grandma wanted, peppers and onions my grandpa cant eat, we called not to get anything out of it, the manager apologized and said she'd look into it, so we wont be going back and recommend to friends to SubStop, due to this horrible first...
