Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wilmington

2/28/2025 I ordered 2 pizzas tonight on the any pizza any crust, any toppings for $9.99 deal. Being a Friday night I knew I would get the usual GOOD pizza I always get from the WILMINGTON DOMINO'S. I ordered a New York crust, sausage, pep, onions, peppers and mushrooms and a Hand Tossed crust with sausage, pep, onions, olives, and peppers. The pizzas were not GOOD, oh my no, they were, and I say it about both, the BEST TASTING...

This is what I got when I ordered two mushroom delight hoagys on 4/13/18. Not only is there a pitiful amount of cheese and mushrooms, the mushrooms look pretty old and nasty. I called immediately upon receiving my order and was treated like a liar; had the phone handed off to someone else without even telling me and had to go through the situation all over again. I heard someone in the background saying "I made that order specifically..." something something, as if I were being dishonest. So I had to have the hoagys taken back to the store to PROVE they were garbage. Had them re-made, and they were returned to me not much better, not cut in half, shredded cheese tossed on and not even melted. I just got an order there a few days ago and it was fine. Not sure what happened, but if I'm paying that much for food it should be edible every time, not hit and miss. Won't be a problem again though. I will never return there. Every time I order from this dominos they make my pizza wrong. It's like they are to lazy to care to put all the toppings I requested. Or they keep certain pizzas preped ready to put in the oven and don't care to customize it the way I request. They will take veggies and throw it on after the pizza is already been ran through the oven and you can tell because some of the toppings aren't cooked all the way or even at all. They will lie and say there out of the topping if you ask. They always say their out of parmesan and red pepper packets ( they have been saying this to us for months). There employees are rude and just don't care. I was a manager at two different dominos I know how they do things and I know their short cuts and tricks. If I pay money I want what I order! A short fall every now an then is understandable but the last five or six times I or someone iv been with have ordered it's been a disappointment for pizza that's really no better then frozen pizza anyway..
