My food was given away to another customer. While holding a KFC cup in my hand, the employee I had spoken with 15 minutes prior asked me if I had yet placed an order. The jarring lunacy of that question should not be lost on anyone. Once I explained that my online order scheduled for pickup 15 minutes previous had already been processed by him, he disappeared for about 5 minutes until someone I assume was the manager came up to the counter to explain both to me and the employee what happened. I don’t necessarily disagree with the manager using this moment as a teaching opportunity, but it should have been performed after the problem was addressed and on its way to resolution. After correcting the cashier, the manager assured me that my food was being prepared and on its way promptly. 24 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, I was handed a bag, assured my order was correct, told that an extra side of potatoes was added for the trouble, and on my way. Color my shocked when I get home to discover no extra potatoes, no condiments, and no gravy for the potatoes I did order. I was just lied to for no reason, and then given less than I paid for as reward for my calm understanding as the problems were “resolved.” Maybe next time I’ll just blow my top and go nuts on the for their abject, obvious failures and deception. But there won’t be a next time, and everyone I can reach with this story, I will. Mistakes occur, problems happen, but there is no excuse for this.
P.S. The KFC survey asked me to be as specific as I would like, and then imposed a word limit. Another lie. Who the hell is making the decisions at this company? I’ve been lied to multiple times at two different levels within this company, so this one is...

Then Ordered from these guys, i ordered sauce as side and even paid extra for sauce. I did not receive any sauce the crispy flour around the chicken is undercooked. Food is cold The reason why I choose delivery is because I have no car with me at the moment. When i call the restaurant asking where is my sauce, the guy simply says, ooh i forgot to keep sauce, you can come and get it for free and hung up and never lifts my calls again in the span of an hour. The fxk? If i can come over to get it why would i lose money on a delivery? Very worst experience, especially with the kfc, it is first time for me also and very shocking. Updated 7-31-24. I placed a delivery order. Door dasher Brenda cannot read instructions. KFC employees can't read the order. As you can see from the order screenshot and the items received. Also, the mac and cheese is only half full. The fries are only half full. No honey like I ordered. And I ordered 1 ketchup packet and received 9! 2 honey mustard which I do not eat. Original review!
