Pricey but good food. Need a better ordering system and everyone needs to be on the same page as to whats available that day.

2/28/19 tried just to serve you again tonight and was even more disappointed then before. If I could give no stars I would. For $14 per platter (we got 3) we should have been satisfied but no. The skimpiest platters ever especially the fish platters. I should have taken pictures but we were so hungry from the long wait it was ridiculous. The staff was rude and unorganized. The 2 delivery services they use were made to wait and stood at the counter taking up space so walk in customers were confused. The staff was seen (and discussed publicly) how orders that were made and already paid for but not yet picked u were being given to customers in the restaurant because they had run out of items. All in all my food for the price was horrible the rib was dry and hard with more fat than meat and I only got two bones a scoop of Mac and cheese which was good and a scoop of sweet potatoes which were pretty good except for all the strings I had to pull out while eating them. I will never be back here and it's a shame because my very first fine in experience was nice plates were tremendous. Seems like they fell off once they got recognized. Prices are ridiculous and the charges for cornbread sad. Don't order a slice of cake you could have a whole cake for the price of a slice. Individual side extras nope way too...

The food is a little above average...... The service is below -100. I called in my order, well after trying repeatedly 18 times, I was able to speak with someone. I placed my order was told 20 mins. I arrived at least 25 mins.after placing the order. When I arrived there were individuals eating at the counter and the person behind the counter didn't acknowledge me. After about 4 minutes, answering the phone and murmuring about an order I provided my name. My order was ready, I provided my form of payment, my ID was requested, and I provide it. My card was returned and receipt was provided accompanied by here you go...... I was going to have a conversation with the manager-tge person who waited on me (I know she was the manager because someone mentioned it as I was waiting for my food). I decided not to likewise I won't return. I do understand from time to time you won't always get exemplary service. However, each time I patronized this establishment this is the kind of service I received. For the food to be above-average it really isn't worth it. Ironically there's was a sign posted it read, "Everything cost money"...... my thoughts were pleasantries and basic customer service shouldn't cost you a customer or several-it did for me. Just to Serve You didn't and won't Serve me again. I will support a business with a focus on products and people especially when I spend my hard...

Had to go in person to make a catering order because they didn't answer the phone (multiple attempts.) Placed an order in May for an event in June. Attempted to call and verify the order the days before the event with no answer. Went in person the day before the event to confirm the order and finish paying to ensure a quick pick up. I get a call on the day of the event, about 1.5 hours before the 1pm pick up time. They asked if they could push my pick up time from 1pm to 1:30/2pm. My event started at 2pm which i explained. I shared that i needed to have the food at 1pm to have at the venue by 130pm. The staff said it would be ready. I arrive at 1255pm to pick it up. They hadn't documented that i paid already. Had to resolve that. The roasted red potatoes hadn't even been started. The chef stated that they ran out of potatoes and he had to go buy some this morning. I requested they make something that would take less than 30 minutes to make as it was a surprise party and needed to go. They took 20 minutes and i was given rice instead or potatoes. No apologies. No accommodations. I can never use them for catering again. Decent food isn't enough to replace the bad service, disorganization, and...
