Lopez La Espiga Bakery — Restaurant in Wilmington

I've been wanting to try this place out because whenever I have to go to Westside family healthcare, you can smell the wonderful pastries from outside the store. Today I made a special trip to this bakery and was very pleased with what I saw. While they replenish their pastries all day, when I got there, all of the conchas were sold out. No matter. I picked out an assortment of pan dolce and they just brought out a fresh tray of churros. The prices were very cheap considering this is excellent bread. Will definitely visit again. Next time though, I'll hit them up at 8 am that way I'll be able to really see what all they have. Highly...

There wasn't to many items that I knew what they were, being a latin style bakery,but the taste, quality,and service was amazing!! The 15+ items I bought,all taste delicious! The price where very cheap compared to other baker's! I will be a regular customer for now on! Love this place! Had to go back the same day to buy more,and have 2 cake's made for...

Conchas were great! Really appreciated the service. First visit, but I would definitely like to go back and try more. Really nice selection and display, and not overpriced like a few other bakeries that I've been to. Seems like a good family-run business....
