Restaurant and Bar El Molcajete — Restaurant in Wilmington

I do like this place. The atmosphere is fantastic and the people are nice. The music is a tad loud, but thats alright to someone like me. The food is awesome, and I usually go here for breakfast after I get off of work or for dinner before work. My only issue is the language barrier. The area its in is predominantly hispanic and black, so I didnt think that I would have a problem in ordering food. However, I try to order ahead for pickup, and every time I call, someone that isnt at least bilingual answers, and they hang up in my face because they can't understand me. I'll call back, and they'll immediately hang up on me again or forwards the call to voicemail. Its a little frustrating and rude, but im understanding, so I dont get angry about it, but it would help if they had someone bilingual available often, especially for call in orders.
