Nanu's Hot Chicken — Restaurant in Wilmington

Update: Nanu's does offer Mac and cheese; not sure what the point is in saying otherwise. There wasn't a microwave that I saw but there was a warmer. I've attached some pictures.

Overall the experience was lacking, ordered a side of Mac and cheese and loaded fries with chicken. The Mac and cheese was cold but the container was hot like they put it on a warmer to heat it but it didn't work; also it had no flavor. The loaded fries were more like loaded chicken tenders with a single layer of cold fries underneath. I waited 20 minutes only for the barely warm chicken tenders and cold fries and Mac and cheese? I ate the food outside the store in my car so there was no travel time. I threw out the Mac and cheese and didn't finish the loaded chicken tenders. I wouldn't recommend this place and have no intentions...

Yo, This is my second time coming to Nanu's. And Nanu's don't miss with the hot chicken 😋 sandwiches. I got my order down packed. It's a number 2 and a number 13. Oh yeah" 👍 the big back attack jack. I always get it mild with the hot honey sauce. Which takes it to a whole nother level. The chicken is well seasoned which I appreciate and the fries are too and fried just right. The only complaint that I have is the banana pudding. The banana pudding is trash 🗑 😒. It's just a small container of what seems to be banana pudding mix straight out of the box. My daughter has been itching to come and try Nanu's ever since it opened up; from my understanding it was closed for a little while, reopened recently, and I am so glad! Don't let that deter you from going now! The food was made fresh, hot, and tasted delicious. My daughter is a hot chicken fanatic and loved it, as did I!
