Roma's Pizza — Restaurant in Wilmington

BEWARE, WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN …My coworkers and I decided to order lunch from Romas because we consistently ate there when the restaurant was called Sicilys and the food was always excellent! We were absolutely wrong. All of the food was horrible! We ordered a variation of foods so we could try it out and it all ended up in the garbage. To make matters worse, the delivery driver added a $15.09 tip to the card without consent! Then he lied and said one of us hit the button on his phone that confirmed the tip. He never provided a receipt and now we understand why. I actually called the restaurant and asked for a copy of the receipt and asked for them to show me where someone signed for the tip. Needless to say, they never produced the signature for the tip. The restaurant personnel who answered the phone was very rude but, made the driver come back to the building to bring the $15.09 cash tip. When speaking to other building staff who ordered from Romas they informed that they too experienced horrible food and the driver adding unauthorized tips. This place is a joke, with horrible food, bad customer service, and scam artists...

I found this place online. I wanted to check out a new delivery place for pizza since all the other area places are ok. Love it! The club sandwich is huge and delicious the sampler again great. Their pizza margarita or the spinach tomato feta pizza is the best delivery around me. Basically the best pizza around, the delivery is just an added bonus for me and the prices are super cheap. I suggest you get some before they figure out their stuff is underpriced. The delivery fee $2.00 seriously $2.00 is it the 1980s? Also, it’ll say a lot longer for your delivery but that never happens it comes quick! I do tip 20 percent or more especially since I have a lot of steps maybe that has something to do with it but try this place it’s worth way more than they’re charging. It is now my go...

First time trying it just based off of one of the pictures of pizza, WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I didn't even get pizza and it was amazing, steak Stromboli might just be the go-to from now on for me, my Fiancé is picky as all heck and she liked her food very much as well, my only thing is their fried foods (tenders, fries, onion rings) just seem to lack any real dynamic flavor, not saying they're bad, they're just a tad generic, STILL VERY SATISFYING THOUGH. And the amount of food they give you for the price is wonderful, this restaurant is going to be an every Friday-night thing for myself and my Fiancé, I only gave 4 stars because no place is perfect, although this place really does set the bar...
