Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Wilmington

This location literally makes up their own hours of operation. There was 1 car at the window receiving their order. Meanwhile the automated speaker says “I’m sorry we are closed” as I look at the time it was only 10:30pm. Manager stated she closed because it was slow. However Checkers had a line wrapped around 4th Street. As well as McDonald’s drivethru line was wrapped around to their drivethru exit. It’s unfortunate that this location can close when they’re “Bored” instead of CLEANING in between customers while its “Too slow” to keep the business running to bring in FRIDAY NIGHTS REVENUE!!! Myself and my 1-year-old son stood at the counter for 10 minutes with multiple workers walking past us like we didn't even exist. I've worked in fast food many times so I completely understand if you're having a hard time getting to somebody while running around trying to make sure that service is provided to everybody. But the cashier looked me directly in my face multiple times Didn't say hold on be right with you nothing. Seriously these young kids need to do better. I understand that this is probably their first job but this type of work ethic will carry them into their adulthood. I never acted like this when I was younger and I had my first job when I was 15 at McDonald's....
