Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wilmington

Recently, we went here on a Sunday after church. It was my son’s birthday and Taco Bell is one of his favorites so I figured it would be a good lunch. We normally don’t eat inside, but we were in our church clothes so I didn’t want to eat in the car.

When we walked in, we were really greeted, Also, I noticed a young lady hanging out in the lobby, trying to pluck her charger in anywhere she could, including all over the soda machine. She was also barefoot, which I thought was odd..

After ordering our food on the kiosk, I decided to go to the bathroom. What I found in there was absolutely appalling! No toilet paper no soap. Also, there was actual fecal matter on the wall… Disgusting.🤮

Our food came out. I apprehensively decided to eat because I was starving.. On a positive note, the food looked just like the picture. Everything was fresh and hot. It tasted tasted great.

It was just hard to get past the idea that someone back there could’ve cooked my food without washing their hands…

So I’m not trying to hate on this particular location, but I just felt like the inside was dirty, but it’s Taco Bell. What...

This store is very unprofessional. I came through the drive through and order two cheesy chalupa boxes and dorito taco and a Baha breeze. When I went home I notice that they gave me two chalupa combos with out the chalupa I went bk and this time thinking they would get it right and still when I got home still order was still wrong I still never recieve my four chalupas I say four cause I order two boxes and this time I was very upset. I called and told them I still never recieve the four chalupas and they took my name down and said I can either come tonight or another day so we decided to go back when my husband went inside there story switch up the refuse to give us our food and I told them they just wasted our time cause why tell me to go there to get our food if your goin to make it a big deal. The manager stated that she wanted to see the bag which at this point your wasting my time .She stated she made the item but just cause you made the item doesn’t mean it went in my bag. Her crew gave off very ghetto ratchet vibes. I would like cooperate to...

Very rarely give a one to a fast food place. I understand in this time we're short of employees. Went through put in my order. Was ordering a something for a child. He just wanted a burrito with meat cheese and sour cream. The order taker acted like I was trying to order a fruit salad. They had all the components to make when I was asking for but it was a huge deal. Get to the window where I wasn't greeted wasn't told my total, the cashier whipped the card out of my hand threw it back at me and when I asked for a receipt it knocked him totally off-kilter. He was rude to the customer he was taking the order for behind me and again me When receiving our order it was super sloppy and the soft taco's were wet. The specialty order was incorrect. Called the manager not usually a Karen like this but if you're going to give me attitude about a simple order and then not get it correct and not not really care that I'm even at your window he won't get a glowing review. I understand times are hard but not an excuse for sloppy...
