The Kitchen at Biggers Market — Restaurant in Wilmington

I’ve tried The Kitchen at Biggers Market a few times now, and unfortunately, they’ve gotten my order wrong every time. The first two times I ordered hotdogs and they came out plain, without any of the toppings that are supposed to come on them. I didn’t customize anything, they just didn’t include what was listed on the menu.

This evening my friend ordered a burger, and it wasn’t made right either. I probably should have checked it before leaving, but at the same time, I feel like I shouldn’t have to. When you pay for a meal, you kind of expect it to be right.

We asked the guy that waited on us what he recommended & he said the burgers were his favorite. So, we ordered the Bigger’s Burger with fries. I would hate to think how the other items taste if this was what he recommends. The fries were shoe string (not my favorite), and too salty. The burger was well done, also too gooey (had to eat with a knife- couldn’t pick it up to eat), and just overall wasn’t that great. Next time we’ll try the BBQ sandwich...

We’ll keep trying the kitchen, in hopes that they find their way and will update if things improve.

Some staples they do well. But the menu and the individual entrees seem too complicated for the kitchen.

Burgers and fried stuff always seems to be solid.
