What a sweet little gem of a cafe! We were welcomed into this lovely space by Shavonne who was an absolute delight! We stopped here while touring the neighborhood for a potential move and she chatted with us about the area and indulged our questions about life in Wilmington. Her service was genuinely stellar!
We got two pastries (a waffle and the "bistro" which is a delicious spinach and feta pastry) as well as an earl gray tea and a matcha latte. I went with Shavonne's recommendation and got my latte with oat milk and it did not disappoint! Everything was perfectly crafted and ready in a jiffy. We sat down and enjoyed the excellent vibes, delightful food and drink, and the beautiful decor including embroidered art on display for purchase. We also noticed dog water bowls located right by the door and as dog owners ourselves we loved seeing that this is a dog-friendly establishment. I would imagine it's a great spot to stop by on the way to the dog park a few blocks away.
I had read all of the reviews singing the praises of Troisième and they were all absolutely on the money in terms of experience expected and experience received. The only negative is that we didn't have the ability at the time to grab a sweet pastry to go. I wish I got a chance to try one of the cookies, brownies, or cupcakes because everything in that case looked delicious! If we do end up relocating to Wilmington I have no doubt this will be a favorite stop for light bites and delicious coffee/tea drinks. Thanks so much to Shavonne for a lovely experience!
If you're in the area definitely stop by! You won't be...

Speaking of slavery, when i walked in there I could feeeeel the black excellence exuuuding i could hear the ancestors saying “ why dis beech as nega drinking green milk 🍵 ” But I love to see black business done right and they did this perfectly
The drink menu is on par with Starbucks and the food is above average while yet simple and to the point while packing a lot of flavor somthing that a lot of new cafes miss.
Only complaint would be seating but that’s not that serious when you have beautiful parks and trails near by. The other thing would be the whole separation of liquid in drinks I’m not a fan of it but people like it it’s good for pictures that a...
