This message/ review is addressed to Whitney Ricketts the General Manager of this location. Does the staff get educated on your menu? Do they have the answers for people that have allergic reactions? I will answer that question.. No they do not the answer I was given was look it up on our app in the nutrition section! That would be just perfect if I had a device to do that but I was asking because I did not have one at that moment. I will be adding a photo of my receipt so you can pull up your cameras to reference the date and time and the exact situation. The question I asked is âDoes the frosty have real milkâ? That was the first issue. The second issue is How rude do your employees have to be to qualify to work at your company? Shineka at the register did not know I have an illness that has left me with hardly any volume to my voice, but she stated yelling at me isnât going to get me anywhere. I ordered a chicken nugget meal with a Med coke and an extra large water. When I arrived at the window I received my bag and my water but no coke. I asked where my coke was she said I didnât get that and I told her what I ordered and she repeated I didnât get that. I asked if I could just pay for the coke and she responded with yelling at me ainât going to get you anywhere. The manager came after Shineka was raising her voice as well as mumbling all sorts of things to the other employee Kimora. Please play back your cameras so you can see the most pitiful definition of customer service. You should be embarrassed how the staff at this address conducts business for you!    Read moreI was placing an order through the drive thru the female taking my order for a baked potato she said it would take 15 minutes to cook them I told her I would wait, keep in mind this is food for mom who just found out that she is in STAGE 4 LUNG CANCER, the female act like she couldnât hear because the speaker wasnât working correctly, so she say, I asked if she wanted me to pull up to the window to place the order she said yes when I got to the window she had the worse attitude and she continued to call out the bake potato that I ordered incorrectly when I corrected her she began to get LOUD AND TRIED TO OVER TALK ME and when I began to give her what she was giving me she CUSSED AT ME AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE meanwhile the person I was on the phone with could hear everything that was happening. I went inside demanding my money back she was still YELLING AND CUSSING AT ME And I continued giving her what she was giving me then she thought I had left she asked one of the cooks if I left and HE START SPEAKING VERY RECKLESS TO ME AS WELL(tall skinny white guy with glasses and dark brown hair that came to his shoulders).    Read moreMessed up my order, didnât give me my receipt or straw in the bag and I didnât realize it til I had left. I was missing a sandwich that Iâm sure they charged me for. They lack professionalism and customer service but it wasnât that bad just kind of sloppy with service but itâs fast food so I get it. The lady didnât apologize for messing up my order or anything she seemed upset lol! I told her thank you she just said âuh huhâ it was weird and offensive she couldâve apologized and said no problem listen Wendyâs if you donât get better employees with great customer service skills your business is going to fail itâs that simple.
