I do not like leaving reviews unless I really had a bad experience. On Friday of last week I called in an order for my job. I cannot remember the young lady that took my order was rude and did not want to help at all. I continue to place my order and asked the young lady if she could at least put the initial on the bag for me and she said NO that I could do it when I get there… I said ok. Once I got downtown I parked around the corner because the parking in front of BILLS was full. So I proceeded to pay for the orders that were done separately and the cashier asked is everything ok. I said that I needed one more drink she said ok. After this I ask for a bag and she handed it off to me with attitude “like bag it yourself and walked off”. There was another young lady standing at the register counting money looked over at the young lady that was helping me in shocked at how badly this young lady customer service was. She stepped in and asked if there was anything that I needed. I asked if I could have a box because I’m around the corner and could not carry all these bags and drinks out alone. Read more1st & last time eating here. I called in my order and when I arrived (15mins later) to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t ready yet, but should be soon. After a few minutes of standing there one of the employees asked the cashier what was I waiting for and after she answered her, the girl pointed to a brown paper bag that was sitting on the counter since I walked in. After being handed the bag, I asked what it was because I knew all the food I ordered couldn’t had been in that bag. I was only missing my 2 side items, but my burgers, that were in that bag, were now cold, sloppy, & the cheeseburger w/no bun was missing the cheese. The cashier/person who took my order over the phone was great, but the communication between the employees is where I assume the ball dropped. For $23 I expected my main food items to at least be warm. My side items did taste good & im sure my Carolina burger would’ve been amazing if it was fresh and well stacked together. Read moreI really don't like giving negative reviews to any establishment, especially one with many good reviews. My wife and I when we go out to eat especially breakfast, which is our favorite meal, likes to enjoy a good cup of fresh brewed coffee at least I do and a good omelet, which by the way use to include toast and potatoes, now its all an added charge on top of paying extra for eggs. And that's ok, it is what is, we don't mind paying extra if need be. However when you get a cup of warm coffee and have to ask for a spoon, somethings not right. When we got our meal that's when we got our silverware, wrapped up in a napkin. Of course when I opened mine there was no fork in it. So again, for the third time going up to the counter, once for a spoon, once for a new cup of coffee and now a fork, it tends to get annoying. While I was eating my breakfast I noticed the taste was off, I thought that it was just me so we finished up, paid the bill and left.
