Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wilson

My mom called in an order confirmed with the lady on the phone the correct little Caesars (Ward Blvd Wilson.) We arrive and go in, wait behind a lady ordering and then go up to the register, the cashier didn’t speak to us, and helped the drive through. When done with the drive through the cashier proceeded to talk to the lady that came in behind us and asked if she had a pick up order and I spoke up and said we did( because we did) then the cashier told me our order was not in and told us we were at the wrong location and I said no we confirmed on the phone. He asked another employee to come to the front and she slipped her shoes on came up and just stood there. He rang up another customer and then asked her if she put in our order and she said yes. He told her it was not in there then she showed him how she did it and then he said it’s not made would we like to place it now. No apologies NOTHING! My mother said no she wants what she ordered now and I said he said it’s not made and she asked if I place it now do we get a deal and he said not I started to get loud about us placing an order in advance and he quickly said I will give you bread sticks that’s all I can do…. Still with no apology….. this is not acceptable but because we have 5 kids at home wanting pizza we are hoping it at least tastes good, we will...

I put one star because I love little caesers. This location however is run by a crew of lazy unmotivated individuals. I called in a order 20 mins before I got there, the girl working the window had no record of it and when I told her I would just make another order she shut the window in my face. As I got out of my car I noticed two employees outside smoking pot, they went in and immediately went to boxing orders, I know because I was inside being ignored by the register girl even though the store was almost empty. 10 mins elapsed before my order was took for the second time. So as I waited I watched as numerous people came in after me made there orders and left. After about 30 mins I started getting ready but to save my food from spit I held my tounge. I watched as the two boys( I say that because they couldn't have been over 14) made a revolving door out of the back door. I watched the cashier play with her phone, I watched numerous people of a different race than me be served politely and quickly. Their drive-through setup is very odd. Once you get in line there's no way to get out. We waited in that line for 35 minutes and when we got to the window we watched the clerk take care of five people at the register while we sat there at the window waiting for our pizza. After she finished with the fifth person and started to take care of yet another one I tapped on the glass to get her attention and when she opened it I asked her for our pizza. She then proceeded to tell her co-worker or manager I don't know who she was, but that woman started yelling at me from 15 ft away telling me I could wait for my pizza they were busy!!!! I couldn't believe she did that... How unprofessional!! Then they couldn't find our pizza and when they finally did and gave it to us I was still in awe over how she reacted that I didn't even check it before we left. When we got home it wasn't even the right pizza. We ordered a pan pizza and got a regular pizza. I was not about to go back because if I did I knew we would end up on an episode of customer wars!!!!
