I don't frequently come to this location and let me explain why my opinion changed over the years since I first came here. First, I usually come in and the first thing I do is visit the bathroom and was my hands. Over the past month I noticed the men's toilet seat is broken. I left it up but you can tell some customers are not gentle. The time before this I was thinking maybe buying them a seat from Wal-Mart and donating it to them. I might not blame them for breaking it but can blame them for not resolving it. Now last time I was here I got a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (BEC) on and Everything Bagel. The sandwich was OK but was soft and barely warm. I imagine it's from putting it together and using the toaster and the moisture from the egg has something to do with it. This time before ordering I asked the counter person if I can get the bagel toaster then the egg and such put on. She relayed my request to the sandwich maker and then I paid and waited. While waiting I hear the sandwich maker, voicing how busy it was and there was too many people. She called out to other workers that she will get to their orders as soon as she can. With two customers in the dining room and no knowing how many customers are in line at drive thru, I didn't think it was that busy or in my opinion it was worth getting stressed over. My sandwich came up and I noticed a box of minikins which I thought it was something added as an apology for the wait. Checking in my vehicle I found my bagel was perfect but my egg and bacon, both Luke warm, were in the box and a wrapped piece of cold cheese. I was not expecting to build my sandwich just to get a toasted bagel. This proves to me this is the perfect time to help with the amount of customers coming at the same time because they have given up. This is the last time getting a sandwich from here. I highly advise you to avoid the morning here as too many people are coming and occording to the...
Read moreMy pregnancy cravings kicked in hard on 4th of July for donuts. Wilson donuts was closed so I had to go here.
Of course they were kinda rude. I don’t like working holidays either. But we got our donuts and left. Our Boston crème donuts didn’t have any crème. So I called to let them know before anyone else spent money on them, got home and didn’t have what they asked for. She said “ok” in a very flat tone and just hung up on me. I wasn’t even asking for a replacement or refund. Just letting them know so they can fix it but it seemed like I wasted her time 🤷🏻♀️
Next day still needing a freaking donut I had to go back. Standing in line they saw me but ignored me. I’m not impatient so I just stood there a minute and waited. Then a woman with her little boy walked in and the cashier lit up welcoming them excited to see them. She looked back at me, the smile dissapeared and she said I’ll be right with you. So she has the ability to be nice to people.
A minute later she said “what do you want?” I said I’ll get a 6 piece. She said loudly “A WHO??” I said “a 6 piece donut pack?” Idk what it’s called just 6 donuts. She told me the total and walked over to the donuts while talking to that woman behind me with a smile on her face again. She was saying how cute the little boy was and how “she don’t like little girls but little boys are so cute.” Just weird things to say out loud and in front of customers. Especially infront of a woman pregnant with the a little girl. Just so odd and rude.
I felt so rushed and like a burden trying to say what donuts I wanted. It’s almost like she was annoyed by my presence and really needed to get to her friend that was behind me. The donuts aren’t even good! First 2 times I’ve ever been here and the last. From now on it’s Wilson...
Read moreWilson Dunkin Donuts has to have the worst customer service. I placed an online order that I was gonna pick up through drive-thru. When I got there, there was a line but I waited. It took 20 minutes to get to the intercom and 5 minutes or so for someone to attend me. I told them I had an online order I was picking up. Worker tells me to go around. I go to the window and all the workers were just standing and talking to each other not one of them bothered to ask me for my order. Took an extra 10 minutes or so till finally, the worker working the window and intercom asked me what was my order. Took another 2 minutes to look for my order. Another worker found it and gave it to me. I had a hot coffee with the order as well and it wasn't ready. They had to ask me what kind of coffee I had. Finally left and saw that my order was incomplete. They forgot to add the munchkins holes I ordered and the coffee was not what I had ordered. I didn't turn back because I wasn't gonna wait an extra 20 minutes just so they can attend me and plus I had to go...
